The cat room was originally meant to introduce air spikes, its called the cat room becuase air spikes had the sprite of cats back in the demo, the fuse room is also usable in the first demo, after breaking the danger fuse squid would go bananas snd spawn a trap in each and every single place he predicted you to go, and could spawn any trap he wanted to, so even jjumping made a row of air spikes about to go off right in front of you, the electric thing was also back in the demo, also there was a level that was half submerged in water in the demo, im not sure if you just missed it or it was removed in the final build
I also think it introduced the gimmick that never use in game before and it a "wall climbing" bc as you can see you can't go to the above part even you double jump so in before development want to have a wall climbing feature

It's cool to see all the old levels in the final version of the game, especially after seeing how they looked as secret levels you could use the debug key to find in the Winter Demo.
@@ZECHARYWANYUHANGMoe So, beta builds, not available to the public, I was a beta tester so I had access to these The way you got to it was basically that you go through the ending gate (the white blur thing currently) after you have already finished the game, that glitches the level counter and puts you in a series of levels that were scrapped but still in the build for some reason. Eventually Jonas picked up the news and removed them (or at least the way to access them) with the lore beta if I recall correctly
have you seen the wiki page for scrapped levels? it documents them pretty well there's also a way to prevent room 165 from crashing but it's not very interesting lol
