I am 45 and have been a loner my whole life. It's not that I don't like hanging out with people or interacting, but I need a ton of alone time. I like to hike, travel, do photography, be around animals and have quiet and peace. It's ok. It's who you are, honor it.
I am 70 years old. I have been a loner since I was 14, as far as I can remember. My life has been wonderful without all of the social b.S. that bedevils most humans.
@@trollnroll7175 - No. I have known intimately 67 women, and counting. When I am dating women I am not actually there (emotionally). They fulfill(ed) various needs and objectives at the time. I'm struggling immensely in my life at the moment. I genuinely connected with every single thing you said and did in this entire video. Your soothing voice, even if only for a brief moment gave me temporary relief from my completely miserable existence. The gratitude tip is definitely something I need to try. Love me some golden honey milk too. Thank you for taking care of our home by picking of the bag floating by your camper and for being conscious about your waste. Mysterious stranger, you have a remarkably beautiful soul and you truly are a wonderfully remarkable human being. Thank you...
Shower advice for van lifers: you can take a "shower" using unbelievably small amount of water. Turn it on. wet yourself VERY briefly (just a few seconds) Lather and scrub yourself down with a rag/sponge/whatever without the water on until you're satisfied that you're clean. Turn it back on. It should only take a few more seconds to get the soap off. All the water in between serves very little purpose, its just what we are accustomed to doing growing up in a house where we have the illusion of infinite water. You've just taken a shower in 20-30 seconds that is every bit as effective as a 10 minute one.
@William Grace...no need for a shower at all...we use a bit of warm water in a dish, soap and wash cloth. Just like a bed bath they give you in hospital, and how I bathed my babies decades ago last century. #cleanas
@@jo-annel.wright2975 Yeah you could definitely go that route. Though a lot of van lifers already have fully functioning showers built into their vans so.. Might as well utilize it I suppose lol
Yeah, I can wet bathe with a three gallon bucket of water and a cup. Even at home, I use an off valve after getting wet, then bathe my entire body and rinse.
or alternatively you can park your car close to a lake, and swim on daily basis and that would be one way to exercise and take shower daily, it's like hitting two birds in one rock
I love how raw this is. Feel like there is more info on living alone in this than a video actually intended on showing you what its like to live on the road.
It's hard to imagine not getting my alone time. I require it for my own sanity. The world is a crazy, hectic place, filled with users, controllers,, and manipulators. I just need to get away from it as often as possible.
Yesss this is exactly why I be alone half the time because I've dealt with so many manipulative, controlling people who try to ruin my life that's why I pray and stay away from negative people.
It's very interesting: in my home I often feel lonely. But when I was on a roadtrip all by myself I felt happy and good and never lonely. That's why I really want to work on getting my own home on wheels 😁
Girrlll I LOVED this video and getting a little glimpse into your peaceful life. You did an amazing job putting this together and I loved hearing your thoughts on being alone too ❤️❤️❤️
I love how transparent you are in this video. I wish more people were like this. Let's face it we all poop and pee, and that's always the question people ask van dwellers. Where do you go to the bathroom? Well ladies and gents now you know. 🥰
When you are a loner we connect more deeply with others, then connections become a good quality relationships. Isn't it strange? There was a very beautiful quote on pinterest and it said "We meet others only at the level we met ourselves".
DAMMMNNNNNN that whole spending time with someone you love example was super eye opening therefore you should spend quality alone time with yourself. That’s crazy.
nice video. I enjoyed your personality, honesty, and thoughts. One thing i will say is for me i have spent almost my entire life alone in one way or another. I made some bad choices in my young life. First like many people i suffered from a rough bunch of years in my single digits and had few friends. Then i got heavily into hard drugs up until about 3 years ago. Now i am 46 and I am a genuine humble and grateful person for making it through all i have been through. Problem now is as an adult its harder to make new friends so my life is a constant everyday spent in solitude. My point is simply it depends sometimes being in a world spent with nothing more then the hum of your inner dialogue can feel horrible....
I love that little verse on being alone. Here is a little suggestion. Get a ditty bag that is just the right size for your long hike first aid kit. And another small ditty bag. Put a few bandaids, some gauze, some bacitracin and some ibuprofen in the little bag and call it your short hike bag. It is part of the long hike bag when you use that. Better to have a minimum than none at all.
Im a loner too, and I love hanging out with myself...having conversations with me, doing the activities I enjoy without needing someone else to join me. My truth is important to me. Talk about freedom.I find people to be draining, narcisisstic and just not well. When I feel the need to be around people and be social, I know where to find them. You're honesty is super cool. Keep it right there. Stay safe.
So glad you posted this. It took me many years to understand that learning to love yourself, forgive yourself, and be kind to yourself is how we open our hearts and minds to loving, forgiving and being kind to others. If you can't be with your own humanity and your own flaws, you can't grant others their humanity and their flaws. This practice is the gateway to a happy, healthy, loving life. You are very fortunate to have learned this so young. Be well.
Thats me... I’m a introvert and the new woman I met is a extrovert and has to talk to every stranger she sees and just gotta talk. I love to talk to but not at every stranger I see. We met in a mental health group and hit it off as friends for a few months and then decided to date and been together over 4 years now. But as the months go by we bump heads more and more cause she is so extrovert and a people person and I’m not anymore. I use to be during my younger years but at 38 now I just want to avoid people as much as possible and she can manage being alone to as she once locked herself inside her room before I came along when she lived with her mom and she watched movies like crazy and only came out to shower, use the rest room and eat and back to the room. She says she did that for years once. So she is both introvert and extrovert in a way but she definitely leans more extrovert. Not me... I don’t like meeting new people and she does. I get so mad when we go places and she has to talk to every face she sees and Im on that mission to get what we need and to the store for it and get home. Sometimes her none stop talking wears me out anxiety wise in public places. So we argue a lot about it. Maybe we eventually won’t work out cause I don’t want to be the reason she gets depressed and feeling like Im holding her back from happiness even though she says Im the love of her life. Extrovert and introverts seem to bump heads way too much and its super stressful to make work though. I wish I had my true introvert match that is happy with just us and doesn’t need to know and talk to every other stranger seen. Saying hi and quick bye is fine but a 30 minute to a hour life history story to where eventually phone numbers can be mentioned and swapped is a issue to me. I don’t like that and that seems to happen with her. I tell her we do not know them for you to blabber where we live and give your cell out to complete strangers. Shes done it a few times in 4 years. I’ll ask her can we please go one day in town without you talking to every face that walks by? That really starts a argument every time lol. She’s just too out going for my blood as time goes by. Anyone feel this way like I feel if ya have or had a partner that is so extrovert and a talker? Its tiring!
@@xDESTINYxKINGx has she not considered there's other introverts at the shops who don't like being talked to by strangers? I hate it when people do this to me. Makes me super weird and uncomfortable and I don't want them trying to recharge their batteries at my expense. It's really unwelcomed and they then get upset when people are rude to them for intruding on their day. Why do you think social situations are draining? The damn extroverts are out here draining us like a power bank.
You are phenomenal! So proud of what you're about and stand for! I'm just starting to figure all this stuff out and I'm over 40. Thank you for sharing your tranquil life!
1:14 thats true when i feel down, sad, anxious, and other bad emotions i think about how im grateful for the things i have and the things that makes me happy and it makes me feel better like if i have those stuff i shouldnt be feeling negative and i start feeling positive
That is some serious underarm hair! Anyway you can shave both the upstairs and downstairs? Or give them same names like: Bushy Place - Hidden Bush - or name them for a National Park?
I love your authentic energy 💛 my brother has autism and it’s cool hearing that you worked at a therapy center! I did solo van life for a bit and I feel like we are so similar in our mindset about it.
So refreshing to see someone not afraid to discuss the underside of living in a vehicle. This year of living in my vehicle has been the hardest of my life, I have to rebuild everything from the ground up at 46 years old. The biggest problem isn't the physical, i've gotten a handle on that, it's the fear and despair of things being too late to work out for the best. I'm looking forward to keeping up with your adventures and philosophies.
I was an extrovert from day one until I went into the Army. After 11 deployments to various hellholes, I now have a full-blown panic attack if there are more than 2-3 people within 10 feet of me. I have a master's degree in Structural Engineering with a minor in Psychology and the Psychologist side of me always finds it interesting how PTSD and being a loner often go hand in hand. Stay strong and independent Sarah. BIG HUGS from Tennessee! 😁👍
randomly found your channel and this video. As a lover of the van life i thought i'd watch your vid seeing as I am a loner also. I LOVE YOUR OUTLOOK ON LIFE AND YOUR ENERGY! Due to suffering with depression, anxiety and being on the autism spectrum I spend most of my time alone in near silence while enjoying the sounds of nature from my back yard. I totally get what you mean about being people not wanting to be alone with their thoughts. It's taken my 49 years so far in learning to accept me for who i am and to realise that being by myself is perfectly fine and makes me happy and free of other influences to enjoy my life. Don't get me wrong, I love having a partner to share life with but i don't need a partner to enjoy what i experience by myself if that makes sense
Forest Lake that makes perfect sense! Thank you for sharing. I used to work with autistic kids at a therapy center. Had so much fun doing it and I learned so much. Have a beautiful day 🙂
You are very intelligent for such a young lady. Your knowledge is impressive. I myself am a grandfather. My oldest child is 27. I didn't learn about being alone until I was 46. I never read about it anywhere! Totally my fault! Everything I read is about repairing mechanical, and electrical of vehicles. Anyway, I came to the realization at 46 yrs. Of age. You hit the nail right on the head when you said no one can leave and take away your happiness! I was the type that always had to be around people. One I figured out I could be alone and it was awesome. I had unfortunately suffered alot of unhappiness in my life that I blamed others for and thought that they took my joy. When I learned the principles you spoke of today in the video I have been happy in my life ever since. Awesome video! I actually found your van cool as H. Which is why I clicked your video. Thanks for all the hard work it takes to share this lifestyle! God bless you!
Stay safe and it's great being a loner....I love delivering aircraft and flying solo....being alone is awesome lifestyle.......no bickering, arguing, etc.....it's just you and your inner voice. Stay safe!
Be aware that that deocristal (unless its salt) does not contain aluminum! I used to use it in believe its a natural healthy thing, until I discovered that I was mistaken! You can easyly use baking soda instead! Powder or make your own spray. Has also non smelly effect.
I crave being alone. My husband is one that needs someone around and I am the complete opposite. I could live like this. So jealous. I do my solitude time each morning. Yoga, mediations, and I read tarot. But that is is for me.
Tgo Jackson it’s important to have me time or alone time with yourself when you’re married. Being married doesn’t mean being together 24 /7. Having Your own friends are important too. Just read about it.
Just became alone october 5 2019. I started van life. Im always alone. No friends no family. Its been hard for me. But im learning. After loosing the love of 10 years of my life. I study the things you speak of. I read allot of psychology. I just wanted to share with you my story! I also just wanted to say think you for the support and advise you didnt know you have gave to another.
Dickie, if it's not in your soul to be alone, be careful. Depression follows solitude around like a shadow. Be alone, but make friends. They can be the bridges back to sanity and mental health.
Dickie I know that I don't know you Going through. I'm not in your shoes so my journey is different than yours. I now have a Van and I'm getting it ready to start my travels. I became alone December 20th 2018 I know the struggle and it's real. After 9 1/2 years of being with the same person it Felt like life was over And in my profession I am always Alone. It was great to come home to someone who's my other half and now to not have that I feel very Alone. I'm slowly starting To get in tune and in touch with myself mind body and spirits At times it can really be hard Especially when you have no one to lean on, making new friends is very hard, there seems to be no purpose in life, You are in a dark hole that you can't climb out of. Remember that you will find a way out After darkness there's always a better day and you will eventually find purpose again and when you do hold on to it It's easier said than done Especially with everything going on in the world But try not to focus on give me a bit and focus on yourself and if you do that trust me everything around you will get better And the whole that you are in will start to become Easier to get out of. If you ever need someone to talk i am here anytime. I have been at the point where life didn't matter anymore. It's true. Each emotion is a frequency like the radio reciever on your car. The mood you are in is the thoughts that play. Gratitude station is a much higher frequency than anger
5:18 😂 I thought the poop shovel was gonna be for picking up your poop and putting it in a bag I was like “damn. Why is she touching the poop end so much”
Yeah I thought the same she was grossing out until she said digging a hole. But she needs to invest in a bucket camping toilet but yeah that was funny 😄
Sarah, you seem so wise. Also, you have a gentle calmness. Thank you for your efforts to produce this video. I spend enormous time by myself, and just recently, looking in the mirror, I actually declared to that person in the mirror, that he is, okay. I'm harsh on myself. So, for me to actually think I'm okay, made me feel so good. Being okay, is wonderful...yet I know I have a long way to go to feel better than okay. Sarah, your video helped me feel...relaxed ...and happy. I'm a van lifer myself..for 20.5 years now. I'm a minimalist, yet I love rec centers, the ocean (and beach showers), and mountain streams. I travel to Colorado, northern California, Sedona, and Atlantic Ocean beaches steadily. Since Covid I decided in April to get a studio on the ocean so I could be on the beach and in the ocean every day, even though the lame govts closed the safest place to be..the beaches. Yet, since I lived in the studio on the beach. I could still use the beach and ocean. Anywhooo... you have a calm, wonderful, soothing, gentleness in your character and video, and I wanted to thank you. I'm going to subscribe, and look forward to seeing more of your videos. I know it's a lot of work, so, thank you for all your efforts. You are really wonderful Sarah🌺🎶🌸🏵️🌻🌼💐💮🦋💮💐🌼🌻🏵️🌸🎶🌺
I have issues with being In one place too long 😅 I feel trapped and I like to sleep anywhere but in my house. I’ve been thinking of just moving out for a year so I can travel and this looks so perfect.
Fellow#12💙💚, I'm starting to feel like I did 40yrs ago as a teen that I need to only be in a place 1-2weeks at a time too, like I'm missing out on the world again.....
it's not easy to " look into the same mirrors" everyday.... looking at ourselves..... I think it's more along those lines..as to what's behind the "nomads"
Hi Sarah! You posted this on my birthday, and I take it as a sign that I need to do what you're doing. That's it,my next automobile purchase will be a van! Love, peace and safety to you sister (great spiritual wisdom by the way!)
You are correct, many people are desperate not to get into their own brains. I suppose this is the reason for 'addictions' to drugs, alcohol, and why people are drawn to live in large cities. People want entertainment and distraction so they can not dwell in their own mind. We live on acreage(in town), and being outside without music playing or other 'normal distractions', one sees many things by listening. I get excited when the hear the swoosh of the raven flying overhead, the chirp of the tree frog, the splash of a fish in the pond, the hammering of the woodpecker(which can get annoying), and it is wonderful to see things because you can hear their activity.
What an insightful comment! I definitely think that’s the root of many addictions. Being outside and listening to the music of nature is one of the best things. Your land sounds beautiful
Watching this video was like a mirror image of me. My life as a child, teen and even young adult was so opposite of how I am now. I was and still consider my self an extrovert but I have been alone for almost all my adult life . As I turn 40, and my daughter is leaving for college, I feel more so a loner than ever. I choose it because I feel it suits me better than my surrounding alternatives. I truly hope to find more loners and like minded people to connect with as my life transitions to being childless. God Bless everyone and everything
I honestly thought this video was just going to be about popping and pee bottles, but it turned out to be much more than that to me because I’m an introvert who spends a lot of time by myself, I’m also an Empath so I spend a lot of my time expressing gratefulness through prayer for myself and the World. I especially appreciate your awareness of the “hum,” it’s a beautiful thing. Wise beyond your years, I wish you well.👏🏽
I loved what you are saying about having to practice being alone with only your thoughts. And learning to love yourself. So important for all of us but especially the social media generation. It’s not easy, and it’s not natural, so it takes purposeful practice.
I would have skipped the kindle and hammock and brought the first aid kit, cell phone, compass, food, emergency blanket, a lighter. I have seen so many short hikes go wrong where a hiker gets lost only not to make it back to their vehicle when they said they would. I hope you at least let someone you trust know your hiking and travel plans. Yes that's the mother in me coming out...LOL
I lived a lone life for over a decade, at first it was fun and adventurous feeling to be alone, then slowly and surely you will start to feel lonely and depressed. I am not against having lonely time, it's often needed to have time to yourself however you must also acknowledge human are social beings. completely depriving yourself from social life could be deteriorating to your well being
You can't speak for everyone, SOME humans are this social creature you speak of, some are not. I don't mind having friends, but I always want my alone space to return to. It took me many girlfriends and 3 wives to understand this about myself, now at 54 I am finally happy and single.
Always take at least 3 to 4 days worth of food and water with you! The lifestraw works too, but not if you are not near a water source! A flare gun would be nice too, just in case you lose mobility!
I recently discovered your channel from watching Maddie Taylor in Mexico, it's so cool to watch these older videos & see how much you've grown & how happy you are now! 🙏😊🌿
I love to be alone. I am never lonely. I am a total ingrate for everything that I have. I always want more; especially money. And, i want more alone time.
I love that Osho quote and resonate so much with what you were saying about alone time. I notice lately that Ive been more distracted but looking forward to changing that. Also seriously thinking about solo van life so your channel has been great to watch

I used to always want to relax and do nothing.Being a full blown introvert it was good for a couple years but now i just find myself having severe anxiety when im doing nothing and when im alone with myself. I dont know where it came from. Hit me like a brick wall probably 2 years ago now. Cant figure out why its happening. When i'm doing things it goes away... kinda... maybe im a product of my parents. My mom doesnt shut up and my dad... he didnt talk to us growing up. Maybe he had anxiety about being judged by us, or maybe he felt guilty how he treated us cause it wasnt very fatherly like. but hes good now. Idk... still trying to figure life out. Maybe i just need to accept that i never will. I heard if you have anxiety its better to invite it than to fight it
Janzen thanks for the insight and little story. I like what you said about anxiety at the end... I usually journal or write when I’m feeling anxiety. Meditation also helps me!
Same situation, different perspective. You are a product of them because you were raised by them. You share biology but that does NOT, I repeat, does not mean you are incapable of altering your mind. You can not alter theirs, but you can alter your own. It may feel like you can't. Trust me when I say download a meditation app and start. It'll feel impossible at first and wont make sense. Try to see the point beyond the exercise. Do research on controlling and altering the mind. Don't give up but set realistic expectations and DONT be hard on yourself. Every organism resists change by default. It's not meant to be easy. Your father likely does not even believe in mental health as many men see it as weakness. They deep down have their insecurities but wish to hide it.
I have anxiety but it’s complete opposite for me lol I’m an introvert but I can’t be in my house. Idc if I’m sleeping outside on the porch or doing something but I can’t be indoors too long. I like surrounding myself with nature but alone and I don’t like staying in any one spot for long 😅
This was beautiful, I needed alone time so I called out of work and have been on my phone, I’m putting it down and am going to de clutter and think about my alone time and how precious it is to help me be able to be around people and be productive and drown out their noise. Thank you, in grateful today I learned something new!!

“In order to live someone, you have to spend time with them”. This is said so much simpler than I have said to others who struggle in relationships and who I know would do well to simply learn to live and be happy alone for a period before they being a relationship again. Thank you, I will remember this in the future.
I fall asleep when everything is silent. For 3 yrs. I was alone. I would lay in my bed. And just stare at the ceiling. I had been sued and my wages were garnished. So I had no money for anything but food and my apartment. I after 20 mins i would fall asleep.
I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through all that I must be very hard just keep moving forward and don't give up the Lord has a plan for you I've been through many hardships in my life I feel your pain

Haha I'm sitting here like damn, just keep focusing on van life, as I sit in my cloud of depression... after looking at how good the Jones's have it ..at least with the van life, if the world were to end I would be the smart one, rather then the broke one with a legit career, money well invested. And when it goes down it's too late to get the van life situated. But this video made me happy because shes living the life I dream of, especially the milk drink, she educated me on something I'm really intrested in, what food can do for us... she keeps it real all the way down to taking a "poop"... And here Videos are well put together, it's not dragged out, it's all good content. 50 stars is my rating 🤙
Just came across your channel I’m from Mumbai India, yes golden milk more famous as ‘’turmeric milk’’ & ‘’ Ukkala’’ is good for recovery from diseases as well as for pain and swelling it’s a immunity booster. Me and my family we are having it daily at night in the Covid 19 situation.I would suggest all of you here to have it once if you can really works better then chemical immunity boosters... Also you can put saffron, almonds, ginger in it gives a lot better taste!! Cheers #staysafe
Matilda Adventurer So it depends on how many people will be drinking it. Serving for 2 person. 2 1/2 cups milk 24 oz, 3/4 teaspoon ground turmeric 1/2 inch ginger cut into thin slices You can add cardamom, honey, almonds , saffron too to.
It's the second time I watch this film. Excellent. Like what she said about feeling gratitude. It's true. Sarah is so minimalistic that she would even use a plastic bag, that was scattered by the wind. Trouble is , that such a finding could be contaminated. You never know what was in that plastic bag, before. I wouldn't have touched it with my bare hands.
A friend of mine insists sugar causes her tinnitus.... I am not ready to commit to giving up on sugar.... but this consistent hiss can get very annoying. She actually has a lot of reactions to nitrates and other things, so her diet is very limited and strict. Her hearing is amazingly very sensitive... I might make changes.... we will see.
For tinnitus try Austin Goh Qigong tinnitus exercise. His exercises are short and effective... Google Austin Goh how to cure tinnitus...or anything else you need...Always works for me.
I was the same, a extrovert loving to be around others and always out hanging with friends and pretty much lived my childhood into teen years in skating rings. Once I hit around 28 I started avoiding people and staying home more and more. Now at 38 I totally went introvert. I get mentally exhausted around people and get more anxiety like crazy around people and crowded places. I avoid people as much as possible now so Van or RV living would be perfect for me. Been homeless many times through out my life as well so I know those struggles and how to survive without any vehicle in the streets and also lived in my 30 foot Chevy southwind by fleetwood RV last year for half the year until finding a place late last year. But yeah, sure would be cheaper just living in my RV thats for sure. Power to her though for Van living, nice van by the way to. Looks so peaceful inside and clean. Love it!

You are beautiful soul, and hansome!
DONT YOU EVER QUIT, if you do, I will find you.
Shower advice for van lifers: you can take a "shower" using unbelievably small amount of water.
Turn it on. wet yourself VERY briefly (just a few seconds)
Lather and scrub yourself down with a rag/sponge/whatever without the water on until you're satisfied that you're clean.
#cleanas
William Grace ooh thanks for the advice!!
So well said!
Yesss this is exactly why I be alone half the time because I've dealt with so many manipulative, controlling people who try to ruin my life that's why I pray and stay away from negative people.
I enjoy it being a loner . People alwaus disappointe me.

Girrlll I LOVED this video and getting a little glimpse into your peaceful life. You did an amazing job putting this together and I loved hearing your thoughts on being alone too ❤️❤️❤️
Same.
I'm a Loner and i don't connect with nobody, i avoid people!

Gerald Koth aww thanks for the advice! I’m definitely going to do that
@@sarahyak_ Like the old George Carlin act on Stuff. Stuff at home HUGE, stuff on vacation, small, stuff on a vacation side trip, tiny.
Be well.
I'm a loner also . I recharge when I'm alone. Some people need to be with others to recharge. I'm grateful. Thanks for sharing😁Stay safe Ms Lady!

To want to be truly alone, you have to see society for what it is.
That is some serious underarm hair! Anyway you can shave both the upstairs and downstairs? Or give them same names like: Bushy Place - Hidden Bush - or name them for a National Park?

I loved your channel! You not doing van life anymore? 😢

Please be safe

Since Covid I decided in April to get a studio on the ocean so I could be on the beach and in the ocean every day, even though the lame govts closed the safest place to be..the beaches. Yet, since I lived in the studio on the beach. I could still use the beach and ocean.

Tati Rose aw thank you!

Being a loner is okay for a season, but having a fellow van dweller is so much fun!!

I live with my mom and have no real contact or conversation with her.
I have a cat and bird and like you said tv and phone.
I get no phone calls and text.
Being alone is ment for special people.
I wish you happiness and love. Please be safe and healthy on your self journey.
🌈 Beautiful tattoo's
Im in MN, come live with me in my house.

@@donnygraves8429 thank you. I am now debt free but it took a lot of discipline and a lot of trials to get to that point.
Its a real nice thing to see a young person get in touch with who they are and in return, start to understand the world in which we live. Keep on doing what your doing. Living and learning.
Haha I'm sitting here like damn, just keep focusing on van life, as I sit in my cloud of depression... after looking at how good the Jones's have it
..at least with the van life, if the world were to end I would be the smart one, rather then the broke one with a legit career, money well invested.
You are very attractive and smart with a stellar outlook on life. You just keep doing you and being true and things will fall in place. Stay safe
Not sure what this has to do with being a loner, but okay...thanks for sharing your daily routine, for a loner thats rare...
She explains a lot of it near the end and is very wise

Just came across your channel I’m from Mumbai India, yes golden milk more famous as ‘’turmeric milk’’ & ‘’ Ukkala’’ is good for recovery from diseases as well as for pain and swelling it’s a immunity booster.
Me and my family we are having it daily at night in the Covid 19 situation.I would suggest all of you here to have it once if you can really works better then chemical immunity boosters...
Also you can put saffron, almonds, ginger in it gives a lot better taste!! Cheers #staysafe
kush hatkar thank you for your comments. Can you please explain how much milk and turmeric to combine? Thank you again
Matilda Adventurer So it depends on how many people will be drinking it.
Serving for 2 person.
2 1/2 cups milk 24 oz,
3/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 inch ginger cut into thin slices
You can add cardamom, honey, almonds , saffron too to.
kush hatkar thank you so much, I will give it a go
Loving your channel! ❤️
Jackie Thomaz thanks
It's the second time I watch this film.
Excellent.
Like what she said about feeling gratitude. It's true.
Sarah is so minimalistic that she would even use a plastic bag, that was scattered by the wind.
Trouble is , that such a finding could be contaminated. You never know what was in that plastic bag, before.
I wouldn't have touched it with my bare hands.
What I hear in solitude: the hissing, egregious noise of my tinnitus. Ugh!
donna nichols exactly what I was thinking!! Wish you all the best!
I call mine the great annoyance. As in the art of war I’m trying to make my enemy my friend. Because tinnitus is nerve-racking.
For tinnitus try Austin Goh Qigong tinnitus exercise. His exercises are short and effective... Google Austin Goh how to cure tinnitus...or anything else you need...Always works for me.
When it starts getting loud, I call it the music of the spheres.
Love it!
I like your video. Don't stop.
Stay safe. ✌
Thank you!

End Moraine thank you!
I just found you and I am absolutely in love, you should do a pod cast because you have a perfect voice for it but this video definitely opened my eyes on how I am never truly alone with myself
