I don't know why, But i wrote down everything you said in my little note book. This was the best video i've found to help me. Saving this so i can keep listening and repeating. so helpful. i've only watched this once so far and i was able to read something in korean... (with help of everything i noted down from the video) thankyou!
The only person that explained the denasalization perfectly . Everybody else that teaches this says "It's not b sound" but makes a b sound and doesn't understand that that's how us english speaking people hear it anyway so it confuses us lol you went in depth unlike most and it was helpful !
Yeah, thanks for noticing. I realized there were not many good explanations of this sound. And it doesn´t really happen in many other languages. Because it´s unusual, a good explanation should help a lot. But you are the first to say so. Thanks : )
I think the Korean language is difficult, but I insist on learning it. It is really a beautiful language. I really love to hear it. I also love the Korean culture and the history of the country. The things that Korea went through and the sacrifices made by the Korean people for their country and how it has now become a developed country makes me really proud to learn the language of this country 🥰🙏🏻🇰🇷🇲🇦
Hello, Eko. I am impressed with your pronunciation of Korean! It sounds very natural to me :) I am just starting out learning Korean, and am starting slow trying to master the easy words like, hello, thank you, good-bye, etc. What I have discovered so far though, is several sites pronounce some of these words a little differently, and that most of the sites on you tube are teaching in what someone called "romanization". This may be easier for most of us to learn, but is NOT how the Koreans actually pronounce the words. When I went onto a site to have Koreans hear my pronunciations and correct it, I noticed through hearing them pronounce the words that a lot of the syllables I put into the word (which is how I was taught from these previous you tube sites), were actually spoken so fast that the word sounded shortened (which would be accurate in most any language.) So, is there a site you know of that would teach me how to properly and accurately pronounce the words, so I can learn them correctly the first time? Learning proper, common-day conversational Korean would be much easier for me. Thank you for this teaching! I will be taking time to learn how to read and write based on this video :)
Thanks for the support. Most Korean natives will pronounce the words in a mushed together way like all languages pretty much. I did this more for clarity. I have made at least two videos of daily phrases that have native audio from Korea.
Thanks!!! This is actually REALLY helpful, and I can even spell a few words in Korean without needing to look back to the notes I have taken (by things to spell, I mean idol names, lol). Would definitely recommend this to any person wanting to learn to read fast and efficently!
Omgg tysmmmm this is the best I wrote it down and I am learning it cuz it's my dream to go to Korea and a goal to speak it fluently in front of my family and have a good conversation (I'm also learning it for Korean drama so......) but tysm u are the bets u explained dit so nicely I searched so much for a wonderful video like this and now I am proud to say I have learnt the hangul
I didn't think I'd learn this fast but I have a Learn Korean app that shows me different words and I sound them out using what I learn from this video and I usually get the pronunciation correct
I see "BTS" i liked. x) Thank you for that video tho, I use to learn korean with books but it's not really useful... Because you know korean language has a lot different pronunciation for only one term, and I can't learn it if I don't hear and repeat it few times so... 감사합니다! :)
Yeah, I like the way he warned that the m and n sounds sometimes sound like b and d. When I first started learning, I was confused because the Hangul was indicating an M but I was hearing a B when I heard 미안해. I also liked the explanation why. If I hold my nose and say 미안해 with the M it does sound like a B.
Don't feel that way :) You are doing good. Also, thank you for writting it in Korean, I am learning this language and the funny thing is that I understood the writting but not what it meant 🤣
I hope this helps you all!!!!!! You are going to look so cool ordering that K BBQ for all your friends. ; )
Eko Languages how many languages can you speak
