Will this saw except a dado stack
The saw really isn’t designed for a dado stack, as the arbor is too short. I have used a limited dado, meaning that I was only cutting a 5/16” slot. It handled that fine and would probably have gone a bit wider without any problem, But there’s no way that you could fit a full 3/4” wide dado stack on the arbor.
@@sawinery-woodworking thank you for the reply. I do not really need a new saw but I’m like you. I really like the slider option with the older craftsman saw I do have Will except my dad stack and I use it often so it’s not definitive yet. Thank you again.
