I always miss the races because of work. So I just listen through headphones. I luckily get lunch break an hour and a half after race start, thinking I will catch the end. No such luck. Had to listen to the end of this one, too instead of watching it live.

I figured out how to FIX F1. Cars can't pass right??? Or it's very difficult to do so. So they need to redo track designs. Here is how. You can create a split in the road so that two identical corners but opposing veer away from each other then the track rejoins up another 500 or 1000 meters or so. You could have two zones (or more?) at each track that has different but identically opposing lines. In order to make sure both lines rubber in well and allow them to be near identical time wise mandate that each car has to do 40% of the race laps on each side of each lane or side. I think it would make it really entertaining to see cars get side by side more often after taking their opposing lines.
My little brother walked into the room when they were showing the podium ceremony and said "Is that fourth stand thing for the loser so they can make fun of him?" It would be too wrong to make Gasly do that after he just won an amazing race at Monza last week. 😂😂😂

Interesting fact for this race: There were 8 retirements but all of them were from different teams, Ferrari and Mercedes were the only two teams with 2 cars running at the end of the race, all 8 other teams had 1 driver. Red Bull: Albon ✅, Verstappen ❌ AlphaTauri: Kvyat ✅, Gasly ❌ Alfa Romeo: Raikkonen ✅, Giovinazzi ❌ Haas: Grosjean ✅, Magnussen ❌ McLaren: Norris ✅, Sainz ❌ Williams: Russell ✅, Latifi ❌ Renault: Ricciardo ✅, Ocon ❌ Racing Point: Perez ✅, Stroll ❌ Ferrari: Leclerc ✅, Vettel ✅ Mercedes: Hamilton ✅, Bottas ✅ Not a single team lost both drivers in that mess. Looks like Ferrari’s 1000th race luck was on their side too. In 2025 i hope FIA make a decision to change one of the circuits in Italy and make way for Mugello, because this track is incredible and i want to see it with the modern cars.

@@VilleMartiskin He crossed the white line on the pit entry when the safety car was deployed. But I think it was amazing how he managed to still only lose one place by driving his tires off to stay in front of Vettel and Russel
