I figured out how to FIX F1. Cars can't pass right??? Or it's very difficult to do so. So they need to redo track designs. Here is how. You can create a split in the road so that two identical corners but opposing veer away from each other then the track rejoins up another 500 or 1000 meters or so. You could have two zones (or more?) at each track that has different but identically opposing lines. In order to make sure both lines rubber in well and allow them to be near identical time wise mandate that each car has to do 40% of the race laps on each side of each lane or side. I think it would make it really entertaining to see cars get side by side more often after taking their opposing lines.

jay plugged-in I remember the good old days when jay plugged-in was driving wheel to wheel with drivers in f1. No wonder he knows so much about the skill of the drivers.
I always miss the races because of work. So I just listen through headphones. I luckily get lunch break an hour and a half after race start, thinking I will catch the end. No such luck. Had to listen to the end of this one, too instead of watching it live.

'Round the outside is also often Verstappen's thing. Would've taken Bottas' Mercedes that way through turn 2 had he not had that engine failure and had he not managed to get Bottas in turn 1. A win was definitely on the table, this race
Interesting fact for this race: There were 8 retirements but all of them were from different teams, Ferrari and Mercedes were the only two teams with 2 cars running at the end of the race, all 8 other teams had 1 driver. Idk why people think random pileups and accidents are exciting to watch. I want to see racing, overtaking, strategy. Not excitement caused by people crashing into each other. What would have been exciting was watching Verstappen fight against Mercedes, as Albon showed in the last few laps, and Mercedes struggling on their tyres, this was going to be one of the best chances for Verstappen, instead, he was out of the race.
I just realised the only teams that did not have a podium this year are renault and the 3 teams that have all together 5 points in the constructors championship (alfa romeo, haas and williams)
FIA needs to not race on that track ever again is the real reason behind those serious crashes that caused those Red Flags! It doesn't matter if any driver is at fault or how safe the cars are some of the drivers that crashed where very lucky they didn't get severely hurt or killed!
@@HowDoYouEatPie The runoff at Arrabiata 2 did virtually nothing to stop Stroll though; gravel is terrible at slowing down cars if they go fast enough to skip over the top. If they tarmac that runoff and a few others though, I think Mugello is perfectly suited for F1.

Williams went to a slump because they don't have the money and resources to create a competitive car. its not the 90's anymore, without the cash there aint a damn thing you can do, unless you take racing points route and create a duplicate of an opponents car.

Idk why people think random pileups and accidents are exciting to watch. I want to see racing, overtaking, strategy. Not excitement caused by people crashing into each other. What would have been exciting was watching Verstappen fight against Mercedes, as Albon showed in the last few laps, and Mercedes struggling on their tyres, this was going to be one of the best chances for Verstappen, instead, he was out of the race.

FIA needs to not race on that track ever again is the real reason behind those serious crashes that caused those Red Flags!
It doesn't matter if any driver is at fault or how safe the cars are some of the drivers that crashed where very lucky they didn't get severely hurt or killed!
@@HowDoYouEatPie The runoff at Arrabiata 2 did virtually nothing to stop Stroll though; gravel is terrible at slowing down cars if they go fast enough to skip over the top. If they tarmac that runoff and a few others though, I think Mugello is perfectly suited for F1.
