In this video, I go over a complete review of the Ice Pod by The Pod Company, an affordable cold water therapy option. The Ice Pod comes in two versions, standard and pro, with the main differences being their power and how fast they cool the water.

Overall, the Ice Pod is a budget-friendly option for at-home ice baths that offers many of the same benefits as more expensive models. The standard version gets the water down to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, while the pro version gets a bit colder at 39 degrees.

I'm gonna say something pretty aggressive here, people who buy that particular chiller are total sheep, it is outragedly priced. 1 google search shows tons for less than half that, I've watched DIY ice bath videos where they buy chillers that can get that cold for like $300 (if you want no hassle 100% guaranteed to never have problems then just pay like $500 for one). $1200 for the basic one is just stupid
