There is only one reason behind USA became rich is that they invited and welcomed talented people across the world, gave them high salary, incentives, facilities and offered citizenship ( e.g. Albert Einstein). The same strategy is being also used till now. e.g ( google CEO,IT people )
which then ultimately contributed in boosting their economy and technology.
Otherwise they had no rich history like India

The main reasons for the high per capita income or wealth of first world countries are:
    1) Stable and good government
    2) Industrialization
3)Businessmen are very creative, innovative, and productive
    4) Ease of getting a loan at low interest rate
    5) Their mindset is very clear about wealth, They don't think that you have to do sin to become rich and they are really where as most of the Indian people think money is evil

Agree. India has tremendous potential to be the superpower. We have very tallented young population. Few things we have got inherently e.g to value money , find a way to fix the problem, hardwork, culture which western world cant match with us.
After spending 3 years in Canada, Only thing I found about success of Canadians is their habit to follow the laws. They have aged and less number of people but they are successful bcz they execute laws efficiently which India lacks.
India is blessed with young and tallented population, natural resources and ample amount of sunlight. If we be patriotic/honest , USA will be nothing in front of us.

Political structure worked as a base for us economy. They parliamentary system (Congress System) ensure states should also have more powers. India should adapt this system each state should have equal proporation in Rajyasabha. Indian parlimenatary system one thing insure, discrimnatery for small states. Like if any party win UP, MP and Bihar in both loksabha election and state election that ensure majority in center for both house. Which i do not thing right. When we deeply understand our system we come to know we are a part of pseudo federlism. because Center has much power then states. After winning 3-5 states you can make law for all 29 states and union territory.
    It's my opinion.

Bhai tum ne kafi sari cheez omit(Nikal) kar diya... where US steel company does not appear, US rail company does not appear. The greats like J.P. Morgan, J D Rockefeller, Andrew Carnegie these three gentlemen together shaped the US economy since 1870 for next 30 years. The US had seen uninterrupted economic growth in these 30 years. Before 1870, the US was dependent on the UK economically. Oil, Steel, Rail Roads and US banking system flourished under the guidance of these three gentlemen. You can say, they laid the foundation of Industrial economy for the United States !!!

One of the most important factor in growth of any country is the vision, devotion and implementation of leaders, politicians towards the country. Sadly since independence or even before that our politicians only thought about their pockets, that's why even after 70+ years of independence we talk about house, sanitization, electricity, basic education and facilities.
The mindset of the population also plays a major role, the love of the people of Japan, USA, China for their country is something that has boosted the policies made by leaders, which we lack in India. We Indians still don't want to do extra efforts and want govt to give us everything free and also promote corruption, hide income, try avoiding tax payment.
All these things are invisible but has significant importance. Resources and all are not in anyone's hand. But will and dedication is, see how Japan rose after World war even though their geography is not so good and they face earthquake, tsunami what not.
