There is simple answer. In China there is no vote bank politics on every issue.
As a person from the Russia, I wanna notice, that Westerners trying to clash China and India. Because, as alongside they can't beat the China, even in military aspect. What's why the Westerners (the US) trying to use India for battle against the China. But they are really don't care, that the India is gonna he hurted from China very hard, because they are white and see Indians people like inferior folks. Everybody says that we indians should not forget our roots. But roots also needs to come out to grow to become trees and produce fruits.
India has its deep cultural roots, but indian political system is not built on India's cultural roots. That's the main problem of India. On the other hand, Chinese political system is and governance modality are built on its own culture.

Well, I think this didn't work for China. You see China started with the commercialization of Agriculture, and here in INDIA you know what is happening, then China started to provide vocational training, which has incorporated in our new education policy.

Mao Zedong was quite similar to INC who just want to illustrate country people to sustain their government. Deng zaoping took the actual massive cleaver steps to utilise human resources so that he could actually utilise by litrate country people. India is now following same path by making country people more skilled but due to corruption in govt. Sectors it is not going up to mark. India need to make infrastructure to make people more skilled so that Govt. can invite foreign companies and india should focus on make in India initiative similar to China.

Many things we can learn from China especially development of human resource. China made it's human resource a valuable asset by investing more on education and vocational skills. India can exploit the untapped potential of its human assets by providing quality education and healthcare.
No one can be on top just by talking in election rallies.... Govt has to do, and review their past decisions.... In this case we Indian are decades behind China... We have to accept the harsh truth.. China has worked hard to reach at top... We have to make changes in our constitution and identify the drawbacks genuinely, keeping individual greed aside...
