So today I thought it would be a good idea to record a mini series of all of the different dental specialties that I am currently in. This video is part 1 of 2 and focuses on orthodontics. For those that do not know, orthodontics is one of the twelve recognized dental specialties which corrects malocclusion with the use of braces!

Hey. I’m also in the process of doing the specialities online. Sadly, we haven’t resumed classes in person as yet. My least fave is Ortho and I have a liking for Oral Surgery. This was inspiring.

General dentists can do any of the specialties including braces if they're comfortable with doing so. Most will refer to an orthodontist though.
