- Taking responsibility for your life is a foundational principle in the art of reality creation, but it is not always an easy path to follow. Many of us find ourselves struggling with the concept of accepting full responsibility for our experiences, thoughts, and actions.
One of the most common reasons why people find it difficult to take responsibility is the allure of blaming external factors. When faced with challenges or setbacks, it is often easier to point the finger at others or circumstances beyond our control. We might blame our parents for our emotional baggage, our boss for our lack of career advancement, or society as a whole for our financial struggles. By shifting the blame to external factors, we temporarily relieve ourselves of the burden of accountability, but in doing so, we also relinquish our power to create change.
Admitting personal responsibility can be an uncomfortable and humbling experience. It requires us to acknowledge our own role in the creation of our reality, which can be a bitter pill to swallow. When we take responsibility, we must confront our mistakes, shortcomings, and the consequences of our actions. This process can evoke feelings of guilt, shame, or inadequacy, making it tempting to avoid responsibility altogether. However, it is only by embracing this discomfort that we can begin to learn, grow, and make meaningful changes in our lives.

I have another perspective. Years ago I went to a personal development conference only a few weeks after a physical trauma. I heard the leader speak about how we create everything in our lives. For YEARS, I was consumed with shame and guilt that I caused this thing to happen.
Then, as I listened to other thought leaders I understood that yes, there is random shit that happens in the world. All energy can have glitches of sorts.
I know my soul did not create that trauma. What I’m responsible for is how I dealt with it.
This is much more empowering than believing we are the cause of horrible things.
You cannot tell a child victim of crime or the person who got hit with a stray bullet or a worker who becomes paralyzed after a fall, that they created or caused those events.
Random exists in nature and science.
So for anyone reading this who might feel awful about themselves thinking they created the trauma; it is not true.
Take your power back by doing the work to heal, learn and grow 🧡

From what I've learned, we set ourselves up for certain experiences while we're in the spirit realm. We choose based upon what our soul needs in order to grow and learn. There's no judgement on the other side. Just experience. It's a completely different experience here in the dense energies of the 3rd dimension.
The most important thing to learn here is that it is all happening FOR us, not TO us!. Victim mentality will stabilize us in moving beyond the trauma. I'm sorry for your traumatic experiences. I've had many as well. It takes inner connection to align with your higher self in order to realize that you are the creator of your existence. Whether you know it or not, we are constantly manifesting our reality here on the Earth plane. Hope this helps. Sending you love and strength. If you're here on Earth today, you are stronger and wiser than you or I know.

Blaming is a “cop” out. We all have our shadow work. This is a hard truth to comprehend but necessary in order to learn from your choices.
Ignorance is bliss they say, I’ve never been able to stick my head in the sand.
I "learned " this or figured out the lesson of choice last year..when I ACCEPTED THAT I CHOOSE I could no longer blame ANYONE for ANYTHING ever again. Scary but so FREEING! THANK YOU

That last line really hit me, when I blame other people, I give my own power away.
Responsibility is not the same as guilt. Taking Responsibility is not making ourselves at fault or blaming ourselves.
This is what I needed to hear. I realized that I needed to embrace accountability and responsibility. Once I did this I saw my power in shaping reality returned. Thank you, Brian.

We are all in different spaces, just as our fingerprints all differ. If you are feeling that life dealt you a traumatic hand, perhaps you aren’t feeling that you created it, but you can accept that dwelling on it hasn’t helped you to move forward and perhaps you can accept that an effort towards letting go of resentment might help you to move ahead and find more serenity and joy in your life.

I can tell you that the last 7 years has been a living hell for me.I have every reason to be negative and angry fearful.
My children were kidnapped, I've been made homeless multiple times, Falsely arrested, My vehicle stolen, I had to put every rest on my.I had into a court battle to fight against my children being kidnapped by their sexually abusive father who works for a company that Embezzles money through car, dealerships and funds.All of this corruption that literally is destroying so many people's lives...
And my life has been literally destroyed and made into ruins.My children have suffered terribly and are still suffering.I still don't even have my kidnapped children back.
But I'm choosing joy because they feed on my english and fear and sadness.Those things are real things that we Exude out like a wireless signal.And they get absorbed by things that it comes in contact with and And then it can even be amplified depending on what it reaches first.
I'm not saying that we can't feel things.We have to feel the sadness and the pain.We do have to feel them and we have to process them but in a healthy way.
When we let these things control us, we're not being responsible for our circumstances.We're not putting up healthy boundaries, We're not keeping our lives in balance, We'll becoming toxic and that is our responsibility to keep in check.No one else's and I think that's more what he means.
Is that no matter what your circumstances are?You have the right and the power if you so choose to choose joy and happiness regardless of what you are going through.
And i'm living proof of that.
I can smile Every single day even though everything that I cared about has been stolen from me unjustly.
And I can't do anything to get.What was taken from me back in this moment?So I choose to bless other people with what I've learned through my trials rather than sit and be salty and negative.And both be a debbie downer and be completely ineffective and just let the evil win, And let them feed off of my sufferings and gain power from it So they have the energy to go and find and harm other victims.
Now that I fathom that that's what's happening when these mental, emotional, physical and spiritual parasites latch on to us, good people I refuse to give them suffering, I refused to give them fear, I refuse to give them spite, Or anything negative.
I do remind them that i'm going to hold them accountable under the law at the earliest time possible
But I don't Allow them to have any of my headspace whatsoever, And rather I focus on the things that I can do To help improve my situational circumstances and help as many people as possible along the way.
If you don't give them anything to feed off of they eventually go away and try to find another source.

Think about it in terms of collective consciousness. If we all worry and are anxious about the economy collapsing, then yes, it will collapse.
The more attention we give it the more it grows. It’s why they overload us with fear and hate on the news.

Living in the solution is the best thing ever! If I'm not the problem there is no solution! When I found out that I was the problem rather than everyone else, it turned out to be the best thing ever, although very painful, because I knew I could change it. I always explain...the one impossible thing is to see 110% through someone elses eyes. That would meaning giving up urself completely. There for i am ultimately the one who sees things like i do...why wouldnt i want to see love and beauty and truth? There will always be negative energies that come my way however it is only, completely, and entirely up to me how i precieve them. Yah, right.. especially when I had a breakdown 23 years ago.. do you actually think I would want to waste my years on this when I could be doing other things such as enjoying my life and youth.. I took responsibility for my reality by reading books accepting responsibility for my problems.. still didn’t change anything unless you understand and it resonates with you what you’re reading and you understand how to change things.. your mind shuts down and no matter what you do nothing changes.. You need support from other people.. had I had the drugs proper support for people I would have been out of this years ago.. while these book are true.. unless in your in the proper reality and frequency then you can get them.. you cannot do things on your own.. if you cannot see changes with in a period of time, get down to your doctor… get what ever help you can get.. don’t waste time, you cannot get it back..

Love this episode man. This is my ethos. You have formulated it in a way that will help people cut through there conditioning to realise/start on the journey that we all have the divine power to create our reality. The swing to positive polarity and union of our social memory complex in the love and the light.
Some paths that we have travel in this illusion have been selected by our higher selves to help in our growth but also to help growth in the others that were part of it. Wether the outcome came at this moments or in the following path is mixed due to the free will and the vail that we have in this human experience. Mirrors work both ways. The creator experiencing it self in various ways

We are also responsible for the way we as a world have allowed the world to never get right. Blame your own self worth, if you think it's 1970 forever, and other people can be poor.
I don't know what everyone else believes but i do know through a long process of trial and error that i make all the errors in my life. And i watch the errors disappear once i get my thinking right. Sometimes very quickly because i understand that it's me who made them. Everyone else can do what they like. Good luck.😅
Here's the thing… When you say it's my fault… You're indicating a mistake a fault… But taking responsibility is a totally different thing. It's saying to yourself how I wonder what my part in this is… Because obviously, there's a lot of us here and there's a lot of layers… But very interesting conversation.
It's never a question of taking responsibility. This idea in itself in contradictive, for if we look closely, it can only disempower the individual. It's more about doing what you feel and believe is the right thing for you to do -- not what you're told is right and should be, but what you know, feel and sense from within you is right for you to do. Responsibility is nothing more than another of our limiting human concepts. It many times forces us to do things that aren't in alignment with what we know is right for us. It makes us compromise ourselves, and to some degree enslaves us to what is believed 'to be' and 'must be.' Thus, to the question: _ must we not take responsibility for ourselves and our actions?_ Again, it's more about doing what we know (an inner knowing) and feel is the right thing for us to do......and not what we're told and are taught is the right thing to do. Thus, i say: stop taking responsibility and rather start acting from what you know is for you. LOL :) Go within and start listening to what is for you. :)

Thank you that was some helpful information- I needed to hear at this time, I’ve been working on quitting smoking, I’ve quit many other addictions recently and this is my final one I’m tackling right now, I did the others with relative ease though not unpainfully. This one though is harder because it’s linked to my self doubt, and inability to care for myself instead of others, many others lies I tell myself as well- I thank you for this timely advice🙏

In the bible, adam was given dominion over the earth but when god asked adam what had he done, adam says the woman gave me the apple, so he gave his power to eve.. when she was asked she blamed the serpant (satan). Who remained silent. So adam by not taking responsiblility gave dominion off the earth tio eve and she then gave it to satan. When jesus was on trial even tho he was innocent he remained silent thereby taking on the sins of the world and taking back dominion.
Important question I would love to hear your take on, Brian: If we are responsible for everything in our reality, then it would follow that even society, culture, and our upbringing which you mention would also be our creation, so then wouldn't there not be anything "influencing" or "ingraining" things in us except ourselves? This is where this theory never makes sense to me, because it seems there must be something more to it where a higher power or karma or whatever must be creating some foundational aspect of all this. Just the fact that we come into this world unaware of these concepts to be purposely molded in a certain way seems to be proof of this to me. Most go their entire lives never even learning about it, so what must they have done to live such a fate? What about less conscious beings as well, such as animals, insects, plants, etc.? There must be a hierarchical order of some kind to explain this, in my opinion. To me that disproves the idea that we can be responsible for everything.

Hm I think what he means is you choose who is I. Your life, if those people aren’t serving your highest good- what you can change is having them in Your life- that is how you are responsible- if you don’t change it- you do have that choice!
Also a further thought, as a child I was sexually abused, I held onto those traumas, it creates blockages and mind sets, so moving forward I was raped at least 10 other times in my life because we manifest our thoughts and experiences, so we continue to experience them, so the responsibility is to handle those thoughts and regulate them so we can create a brighter outcome, not everyone manifests as fast as I do but we ALL do this, it took me years to understand and a lot of pain, I did the same thing in relationships every single one was abusive, but again I thought that’s all I could get, so it’s all I got!! See now, it’s on us to change these thoughts patterns and outcomes!

Sorry but I don't believe in soul plans for innocent children to be abused and murdered, no way anyone would choose such suffering, not just to yourself but to any loved ones in your life as such traumatic experiences often end in suicide. Some people just shouldn't have children. Nothing will ever change my mind. I'm an adult now and it took me years to get over my PTSD which meant leaving my entire toxic family. Wish I did it much, much earlier. I still think about them and the few good times we had together as a family. I try to do revision and just hold on to the good memories, but I could never go back to any of them.
