- The universe is an abundant source of blessings, constantly offering us opportunities for growth, happiness, and success. However, many of us struggle to manifest our deepest desires and aspirations, despite our best efforts to create positive change in our lives. The missing piece of the puzzle is often our ability to receive.
Receiving is a crucial aspect of the manifestation process, yet it is frequently overlooked or misunderstood. We may invest countless hours in visualizing, affirming, and working towards our goals, but if we are not open to receiving the blessings that come our way, we will continue to face obstacles and limitations. Learning to receive is not just about accepting material gifts or financial abundance; it is about embracing the love, support, and opportunities that the universe presents to us in various forms.
When we block our ability to receive, we hinder our personal growth and success. This blockage can stem from a variety of factors, such as feelings of unworthiness, fear of disappointment, or a belief that receiving is selfish or greedy. By holding onto these limiting beliefs and fears, we create a barrier between ourselves and the blessings that are rightfully ours. As a result, we may find ourselves stuck in patterns of self-sabotage, frustration, and lack, wondering why our efforts to manifest our desires are not yielding the results we seek.

I used to think declining what was offered was the polite thing to do. I know now that was and is the wrong thing to do. When something is offered we should accept it with grace. If it's something we do not really need we can pass it on to others and keep the flow going.
Yes, it was the same for me. When I tip or offer something and they decline I remind them to be open to receive and they usually give me an aha moment like oh that makes sense. Like you said, if they don't need it,l they can pass it along.
As I was listening intently to this podcast episode yesterday, I was ordering an iced coffee. I had a $20 bill in my hand. The barista told me they don't accept cash. I said, oh, ok brb! Went to my little table where I put my bag down, took out my wallet, found my card, and went back to the barista. The barista told me don't worry, it's all good. I said huh, and put my card in front of her. She smiled and said to me "it's been covered". I was like, how? I swiveled around to see who the barista was looking at with her eyes - someone tall and chic, walking towards the exit door. I called after them and said "wow, thank you". They paused at the door, smiled at me, and exited the coffee shop. Will continue opening my heart and mind to receive continuous abundance🥰

This hit hard this morning 😊😂❤4 years today my Beautiful nan has been gone but it means I have a anniversary of 4 years of you touching my soul nearly on a daily basis. And I thank the universe for that. I receive messages from the universe from the signs I see of changes in the skies above my head 😂❤this listening I was in-between the sun and moon 😊. I was taught to respect the little thing's. I think sometimes I get caught up in flows around me that don't feel quite right 😂. Life's a lesson I'm still learning. Love you nan 😊

I now open myself up to God and Universe for all the Good Abundance coming into my life today ❤️.
Big fan. These last few months has been a great blessings since discovering these teachings.
I like it when you said allowing the flow of energy creates a vacuum. Everyone does realize that the vacuum is the center position of the Torus field where the human hologram arises. This is why every spiritual teachings says to forsake yourself. Mentally remove the human hologram that's at the center of the Torus field. This Torus field is the Christ Consciousness that is within the Vastness field of the Father, as the torus field turns back within and without it's self, this is, I in my Father and my Father in me.
Putting your focus on the center point of the energy moving down through the vacuum, allowing it to continuously flow through the tube at the center and cleanse each charka of their singular will. until all charkas have released their will to the flow. Remember, each charka has a mind or will of their own, so they must surrender to the flow.
But to simplify - about 10 inches above the head is the top of a tube and 2 inches above the knees is the bottom of the tube, imagine breathing in from the top and bottom of the tube running through the body and release the breath at the center point which is the Heart, allow the breathe to go out from the heart 360 degrees in every direction like a ball expanding. Be ready and very careful, and you must be standing for this exercise. If done correctly, you will feel a shift on your 5th breath, and it may make you light-headed at first.
There is also a spiritual string that runs down the center of the tube. This string taps you into the frequency of the One, that is All. You become like the genie in the lamp. 😅
