That evolution is pure nostalgia. Oh how I miss Halton Transport!

Yellow buses was operated by Transdev then RATP. After that they became employee owned

Got to say there was some kick out of that E400MMC you were on at the start of the video!

They’ve had the gearbox ratios altered to help cope with the hills, not many like it !

Nice vid Alex, I looked at bustimes and weirdly, none of Hulleys' busses are tracking, I hope to catch AJ58 PZK before it leaves us and we also have a dual-door Go-Coach E400

I believe Hulleys changed their ticket machines as well as most of their timetables from Sunday, so I’m guessing they haven’t updated their open data system to reflect that, which is what bustimes relies on for tracking

8:38 is pretty much my experience on the Hotel Hoppa E200s at Heathrow Airport - definitely not many hills, but considering they were 6 cylinder, the acceleration was rather underwhelming!

A lot of buses are out of action so these loans will help the company still run there services the big 2 first and stagecoach can easily transfer buses other smaller company's have to loan from bigger companies to stay afloat.

Nice video, how come you don’t really show the full bus but always point the camera down to just the bottom part ?

At a guess it’s because a lot of drivers don’t like being filmed ??
