Maynard Sniper with half Dum Dum and half HV is the most oppressive thing in a while. It doesn't have the raw damage and penetration power of, say, a Nitro, and only a single shot before reloading, but everything else is just straight up better: It costs 1/5 of the price of a Nitro with Shredder Ammo, its HV has Krag speeds, it can be fired from the hip with the accuracy of a stock Springfield but also aimed down with its Sniper scope, and since it's Medium Ammo with a low RoF, you won't run out of bullets unless you are against the entire server alone and without any ammo boxes. For the secondary, I would say that you need Traits for decent options that make up for the Maynard's low RoF and lack of penetration when using Dum Dum (which is what you should be chambering in close encounters). My pick would be Quartermaster + Auto-4, as 6 Trait Points + 300 Hunt Dollars is a small price to pay for something as absurdly powerful as the Auto-4... ...But you can also choose to spend less bucks but more points with a Fanning (8 Trait Points) + FMJ Conversion (including Chain Pistol) / FMJ LeMat / Nagant (the regular one, not the Officer) combo. Base variant FMJ Conversion has high Fanning RoF and good accuracy for quickly finishing duels, while the FMJ Chain Pistol still has above average RoF and a sizable magazine (belt-drum thing?), making it ideal for semi-blind wallbangs. FMJ LeMat has a 9-bullet drum, a FMJ with good MV and can use a underbarrel shotty for one-hit capability. Nagant fires insanely fast and is dirty cheap.

@ im at 5 star, I’ve been struggling quite a bit since im not so good at hitting heads like most other players but dum-dum, sparks and shotguns have been helping me play against the god’s testicle level players! :D

Solo play is kinda pants at the minute for human players, obviously not legends of the game I am talking about mortals. The fact as 6 star you play against 6 star teams is difficult enough. As solo you get to use necro once, a trio uses it three times so your at a disadvantage. The medic crossbow which is no use to a solo makes it even worst, as sometimes you drop a player and even before you disengage from the kill he is revived. The devs listened to Reddit cry babies trios and did not care about the solos.
Jump-shotting in hunt is whacko anyway, the projectile is only accurate on the upward of the jump, once you hit the apogee and begin to descend the projectile is no longer accurate- even if the sights are aligned the projectile is subject to a weird amount of random spread; it's pure luck at that point. I personally don't think it's that big of a deal anyway- can't say I'm really getting killed all that often by jumps or such (I don't think it's really an advantage)
@@ChessiCat Naaah, man... i tested 15 minutes non stop at the Shooting Range these days and the only shots i missed (few) was because i missed the aim at the target.. and i tested with multiple guns, and it worked with every single one. I'm saying this because i'm seeing it happening pretty often in 6* lobbies... and i'm 100% sure that's not how this game was meant to be played because before it wasn't like that (and it is probably a bug).
