    Hello sir ,
    Few month back we decided to purchase a flat on so On 2nd November 2022 builder takes 2,50,000 as a advance money of flat.. after that we submitted papers at bank for loan and asked builder for mother deed...
    And at that point builder said he don't have mother deed and without mother deed bank declined the loan...
    So after that we are requested to get back our money and he said he don't have fund he didn't able to back our money until he sell the property... he kept out money from last 8 month I have all the agreement papaer

    We booked a flat with a builder in Noida and filled the application form which has all the terms the condition stating the token amount is not refundable.
    But the dealer who was handling their sales promised that if we book the flat now, we can exit within 15days and we will get our refund , we have those messages in WhatsApp.
    Now, when we are asking for the refund, they are showing us the application form that token amount is not refundable.
    We have all the written communication over WhatsApp which states that we will our money back if we cancel within 15 days of booking.
    How can we get money back?

    I Have had a similar case with APARNA Constructions. We paid the booking and decided not to go ahead with the deal with in 20 Hours of paying the Booking amount. I willl also fill in a complaint in consumer court

    Hi sir, we have given token advance of 5 and half lakhs to the builder ..and after some days we couldnot able to proveed furthur and said no to the flat and return our money...but he is saying we did loss to them and saying only 4 and half will return....we are asking to give the flat ,instead of losing the money, he is saying more money now....we had written no objection letter also trusting him that he will return our money...but now he is not bothered about that no objection letter..amd telling that if we ask more he will not give flat and money

    Hi Krish, thank you for your videos. I was duped by a sales person from Sobha Developers. Your videos gave me courage. I have the video of the conversation I had with this sales person and their channel partner. We paid booking amount for a unit due for possession in June 2023. In another 2 hours time, they called us back saying that unit is sold to someone and they gave us another unit due in December 2025 . We did not have another choice as the money is also debited from my account.

      I have an update to share. I got the refund from Sobha Ltd. after following up for so many months. Thank you @Krish for your support during this journey. There were many who suggested that I should forget the money and focus on something else. He gave me the courage to fight for my money.

    I booked an apartment in Bangalore. After 4 days we decided to cancel it and sent an email. The builder sales person told me within 10 days I will get the money refunded. But they never replied to me over mail. Only over a call they said it. It's been 10 days now and I'm supposed to get the money by tomorrow. If they again tell me to wait should I wait?

    I have purchased the flat with @Sanroyal Trivandrum, i never went into agreement as many items were pending with them like water provision for backup, material specs/offer specs etc, and also an agreement clauses modified and hence no ageement signed.I paid hefty amount and now builder is trying to deduct an amount for floor plan change as 4 L and for height increment which actually never executed on ground and never settled in agreement. I filed complain with Police but they sent us legal notice to deduct 4 Lac and not trying to refund our money soon and playing tactis to delay

    VTP Dolce vita builder in Pune is not refunding my money. I booked flat on 30th June and cancelled on 8th July. I cancelled within 15 days, So according to RERA I should get all money refund but Builder is saying they took deviation approval from RERA to change cancellation policy. VTP PUNE IS WORST BUILDER.     We made Booking in November 2022 in Runwal after some time we told wecare team that we don't want to proceed and refund amount but they refused and said amount is forfeited. I got call from their sales executive on june 25th 2023 that they are ready for refund amount after reaching their they said refund is not allowed. Their sales executive make us come there just to increase their walk in.

    Hi Sir, I have booked one flat in Mumbai Goregaon with Integrated builer ( Project Name - Ramnicon), Now they are saying you are not eligible to get loan as they have promisses during the booking and my income structured alredy discussed before making booking. They promissed I'm eligible t loan amount as required . Now nothing is happning and I made 12 Lakh payment for registration but still sale of agreement not done . Jagha 1Lkh diya or after 1-2 weeks ke baad 50K diya us time ye 2 form bharvake unit hold Kiya to abhi registration ke pahle thoda Funding jaha se aane vala tha vo delay hone vala hai to hame deal cancel kar na hai to unke sales person ne bola ki refund Zero 😔.     Kohinoor developer in kharadi , Pune, also doing the same.
    Me and my friend paid Rs 101000 each as a booking amount. But now we don't want continue deal, agreement not yet done.
    Kohinoor is denying to refund amount and saying all amount will get forfeit.

    How could it be defamation when builders are not delivering the flats as promised, let me know how to sue R Raheja builder for Non-delivery and false delivery promises of booked flats at Krishna Raheja affordable housing scheme, sohna road haryana
    every time they say -We would like to inform you that the pace of construction activity is expected to be enhanced within 1-2 months’ time and the project is targeted to be completed by 2nd quarter of the year 2024 tentatively and accordingly the possession formalities shall be initiated. We shall of course keep you informed. - however, there is no development or construction at the site.
