My children are now 18 & 20 I still remember the day they were born. I still cry when I watch a new mom having her child and see her baby for the first time. I think Most moms do. It’s that instant unconditional love. She’s beautiful! Make sure to capture every moment. I wish we had video phones back in 2001/2003 that were capable of filming. All I have is pictures and a vhs of sonogram

I had my son same time last year . I remember going through that , COVID testing . Then c section . My son was my first c section . It was an unusual experience . I’m excited to progress through mommy hood with you, although you sadly won’t be doing my hair anymore (I move to the east coast).. I’m hoping you post matching outfit and postpartum tips/ideas! My advice is take it all slow- be patient with yourself as you’re both learning together 🥰.. and sometimes when you can’t figure out why she’s crying, just hold her close because she might just need to tell you a secret (baby’s know all the answers to the universe and they see angels in the ceiling).. that’s what I’ve learned so far 😂 💕

3:04 for me this was the only good part about my surgery. Feeling numb/intoxicated, I was fully awake during my abdominal surgery, I was talking to my doctor and surgeon throughout the surgery. Respect to all who go through abdominal surgery. I am not ready for another one 😐.
