Grew up in Biloxi but spent a lot of time at my Grandmother's home in OS. Along with my brother and cousins we spent quite a bit of time walking and biking to most of those places you showed, downtown to Loveless Drugs, tatonut, the beach and the marina. My GM's house was located on the corner of Washington Ave and Calhoun St, diagonally across from the Little Children's Park, The house is still there. You passed by it in your video when you turned right on Calhoun from Washington, headed for St. Alphonsus. I really loved the video since it brought back so many great childhood memories. Thanks!!

Beautiful...THANK YOU for this great video..
I have loved Mississippi my whole life..
I think it is the most beautiful state with the nicest people...
Sadly stuck in New Orleans.. but hope springs eternal..I dream about Ocean Springs..
I hope I wake up there some day soon.

We lived in Ocean Springs back way before Katrina. Shrimp was cheap, the ocean was warm, New Orleans was a short drive away and the people were friendly. 😎

I lived there for several years and miss it every day. TatoNut is the best doughnut ever made!

I’m trying to decide between Ocean Springs and Destin to move from Arkansas!!!!

Destin was on my list as well, and Gulf Breeze but they are a lot more expensive. I moved to Ocean Springs from West Melbourne Florida a couple years ago. No complaints!!

Going to doctors/vet appointments is a lot more pleasurable because I drive along 90 and it is so scenic. Takes the pain out of the chores!!

I went to Taconi in the early eighties and we lived in Fort Bayou before we moved back to Western Australia.
I miss Front Beach and when I was a kid we used to sneak out of Church at St John's Episcopal, and read the playboys and drink the whiskey in Father Mead's Volkswagen Beetle in the carpark, he was a welder at the shipyards in Pascogula back in the day.

I have family in Biloxi and Ocean Springs. We spent many summers there as it was a short ride from NOLA. I now live in Georgia and I love it but just like you, I know that there is no place like home!

Ocean Springs looks beautiful, is it a good place to raise a family? I'm from washington state.

It looks so appealing however- I just watched a local share about weather out there. Having lived in high humidity in Texas I thought it might be about the same in OS......he said no way! He said Texas is nothing compared to MS. I cant deal with that level of heat darn it. But what a cute town.

i would like to say most of this shows the fun happy and pretty sides of OS however. this city is full of run down motels fast food chains gas stations and things like any other city. don't get me wrong what is shown (downtown OS) is beautiful and is a must visit. over all great place to live.

Hoping to buy a house there by 2021. I love it there. The only thing I don't really like so much is how flat it is. I will miss the beautiful rolling hills and the tall evergreens of the Pacific Northwest.

Please don't come here. We don't want stupid democrats here. You will not be welcome. Stay where you are and fix your screwed up state. Don't bring your politics here. Leave our beautiful town alone. Move to China or Africa. They have nice beaches too. Up yours.

Nice job on the video. So many are not as well put together. Thx
I’d like to visit in the near future. I fly out of Gulf Shores, just maybe a 45 minute flight. I’m assuming you’re a real estate agent? If so, is it possible to pick me up at the airport and show me around or some properties? Of course, we’d talk on the phone beforehand to know what we might want to see. I love Orange Beach but I moved from Atlanta to have a quieter life and the growth here with traffic and population it’s just not the same. I’m looking for something else.
Let me know how to get in touch. Oh, I far from rich, I just enjoy my retirement flying the most economical airplane made 😎
Look forward to hearing from you
    Thx
