      @@performanceautocentregta7727 is the car in sport mode? when you do the sound test?

    • @performanceautocentregta7727
      @performanceautocentregta7727  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The vehicle’s drive mode should not have an effect on the exhaust. Typically drive modes only effect transmission logic unless in a more sophisticated system. This is responsible for things like delaying up shifts/staying in the same gear when cruising (to be prepared for any instant acceleration ) or shifting higher up in the rev range.
      I believe the car was in comfort mode both in the open and closed valve positions

    Hey I'm looking at getting the Eneki ts5 rims, I'm just wondering what kind of set up you're running with them? tyre specs & are you using stock suspension or lowered? Thanks!

    It the electronic component required to open/close the exhaust or can it be done manually as well?

    Out of curiosity how would you reccomend hard wiring it i am already using the port for the rear 12 volt. Can i just splice onto the stock connector wires for that outlet ?

    • @performanceautocentregta7727
      @performanceautocentregta7727  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Basically you have two options. 1: run a pair of wires straight to the battery with a fusible link. 2: if you can manage to pull the 12v socket out of the rear trim panel (although I’m pretty sure it’s secured from the rear of the panel) you can alternatively tap into this outlet as your power source. Then if any short / failure occurs, follow up by checking the condition of the respective fuse for the rear 12v power outlet. Hope this helps :)

    How"s the quality of this Varex exhaust ?

    • @performanceautocentregta7727
      @performanceautocentregta7727  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      We liked the finish and quality of the welds on the system. Other than the shipping damage (which can happen to anyone), it’s a well designed system that looks and sounds great. There aren’t many alternatives to borla/Magnaflow/MBRP, and x-force did a solid job making a product that contends with other systems while also being budget friendly.

    Did you use all those clamps on the table or was there extra ?

      James if my memory serves me right I think there was a single extra. Forgive me if I’m mistaken

    Why is there a noise like a sneeze in between ? Shouldnt it be a steady sound

    How did u got a cable down there ?

    • @performanceautocentregta7727
      @performanceautocentregta7727  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Are you referring to the power supply cable? If so , you need to remove the interior of the trunk / spare tire compartment to access the plug that gives you access to the undercarriage of the vehicle
