Got to share one of your recipes this Christmas. Back in October my stepdad asked me if I'd ever had lamb because he'd never tried it which gave me an idea. Fast forward to Christmas I brought a leg of lamb with me to add to the usual ham and dressing. I had to bring everything with me because their idea of a spice rack is salt, pepper, onion powder and McCormick seasoning mix🤦♂️. Despite a few hiccups the lamb came out perfect and everyone who tried it liked it. Keep doing what you're doing Chef because you're doing it right.

I couldn't cook instant noodles properly when I first started and now I'm able to cook amazing dishes that make people so very happy when they eat. 'Friends it's not rocket science. It's cooking. 7:46 I use those phyllo dough shells to make an amazing appetizer: Twice baked potato filled phyllo dough shells. First, make a normal twice-baked potato recipe with bacon, cheese, sauteed onion and bell peppers, etc. Then fill each pastry shell with the potato mixture. Finally top with more cheese. Before serving, toss in an oven to bake until the cheese is turning golden brown and melted. Serve hot. An infinitely better appetizer than quiche and they disappear extremely fast.

My wife is an accomplished artist who manages the exhibitions at the Highlands Art League gallery here in Sebring, Fl. At the opening receptions my job has been to contribute to the refreshments. Of late that has been caviar pie and lil' smokies wrapped in bacon with brown sugar. I can see adding at least a couple of these. The smoked salmon and mini quiches especially. Thanks, Chef!
