My best holiday was in Hermanus. Looking forward to our next visit. Really enjoyed the content. My wife and I agree that the Station was our favourite.
Dutchies on Grotto Beach, loads of parking, is a have to go to amazing place. Beach walk, then coffee and food. Our go to for breakfast and quite a few evening meals when we are there.
Lovely report on our coffee shops, but you missed the best coffee in Hermanus at the Beanery (Arabikaz) in Gateway centre. Not so funky as some of the tourist coffee shops, but the place where working local people meet for the best coffee in town. Arabikaz roasts coffee, trains baristas, and supplies many other coffee shops, guest houses, restaurants and lodges in the Overstrand with coffee. The owner also sells coffee roasters and machines to the coffee trade. In short the source of coffee in Hermanus.
