How long did 100-200km/h take on Dragy? I used to have the same car, as a limo though, with the older PD TDI engine. It was a great car. Also remapped from 140ps 320nm to 180ps 400nm. Sold it at 350.000km with a perfect running engine, I still miss that car. Unfortunately it was limited at 4000 rpm, which was about 217km/h on the speedo, 209km/h on GPS if I recall correctly. I drive a Passat B8 variant 2.0TDI 150ps @ 206ps now, this car is also very nice, but the older B6 was something else. I have seen a top speed of 233km/h on speedo/228km/h on GPS with the B8 so far, it was slightly uphill.
100-200 : 41,67s this one have 170hp but it seems to me like 140...perhaps remap can make it faster! I won't be surprised if your remapped 140 is faster!
@@NoSpeedLimit1001 It was probably a 140hp. My Passat B8 2.0TDI 150hp did 100-200km/h in 37 seconds. After remapping it to 206hp its about 26 seconds. I used my phone to time 104-208km/h, next time ill bring Dragy.
@@vladmihai306 I also had a B6 2.0 TDI PD 140 hp (no remapping) and now I own a B8 2.0 TDI CR 190 hp (no remapping here either). While the engine feels much more powerful at higher speed, in low gears it doesn't have the same "brutality" in acceleration (maybe because of the larger turbocharger lag). Also, the chassis of the B6 felt a bit more agile in bends but I can't really compare them because the B6 was a limousine with heavy-roads suspensions and my current B8 is a Variant with the R-Sport suspension (factory installed). And one more thing...the CR engine is noisier than the 2.0 TDI PD
I have one of these, but in different trim level. Goes really well, but accelerates fastest if you shift it manually and keep the revs below 3500 imho. Mine has 206000km, all original.
I've just bought a v clean manual 170 with similar miles/kilometers on the clock. Best to use them for long journeys. They're completely wasted for just zipping round town as are most modern cars with more than 2 litres.
140hp 0-100 in 9.8sec and 209kmh top speed acording to datasheet 170hp 0-100 in 8.6sec and 223kmh top speed, the 170hp has the "I" from the 2.0TDI in red, thats the way you know the engine. Did it have the res "I"?
Thanks for the info, but this is a 170hp ... I know what I'm filming :) ... there are many factors that determine the acceleration ... in this case I think the wider tires and the age and mileage of the car played an important role.
2:18 - 2:25 😆 it's the wtf-are-you-doing hand gesture for me. i'm doing my fahrschule umschreibung, maybe it's a wrong place to ask but isn't he correct? aren't you supposed to use the whole lane before eventually merging? or because he's just damn slow wie schnecke?
I was of the same opinion during the test, but comparing the time I measured with the technical data, it turns out that everything is fine with the car!😏

can you please explain why you say passat b6 was something else? Was it the engine? Was it the chassis of the car? the feeling of robustness of b6?
@@vladmihai306 Basicaly PD TDI is more agressive than a CR TDI.

@@NoSpeedLimit1001 dont worry hehe I love your videos, and this is also a nice one, and yes you may be right I didnt know about the tires :)
by the way, yes Its a 170hp because of the I (TDI) in res hehe I didnt notice it the first time I saw the video

All right! I noticed that it was with good intentions. thank you!
I miss this car sm
hi what do you think how quiet is this car at a speed of 130-140 km/h? wind noise or something?
Че по расходу у него? Насколько эти движки живучие и удачные? В сравнение с 1.9
Aynı motorun gelişmişi,blok aynı

201k you could see it in the video
Problem motor??
As I know: no.... but I don't exclude the option
have u tryed passat b6 2.0tdi 2008 manual with 140 hp?
4 Motion ?

Something technically wrong with the car? Seems very slow for 170hp

I've got 230 more faster than in this video.. and it is limited in 6th gear at 4500 rpm.
Are doar 170 cp...și e break...🤔
Yes its a diesel 😂
For 1,500kg not so much the 170hp
Can You try BMW 318i e90 lci 2.0i petrol? Thx :)
i'm looking now for an 325i or 330i!
Why do passat always go easier to 180kmh and it gets harder to hit 200 later..
Engine computer limitatioms probably, in the video its not tuned to bypass this limit
