Bob Odenkirk continues to amaze me. He is so adept in all genres, comedy, drama and action. This film kicks ass and makes for a great double feature with “Copshop”👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾😎
The bus fight was epic...him going to the tatoo parlor and having a veteran run scared from him was badass...and any part with Christopher Lloyd is a joy...but the rest was just okay. Don't lavish with praise because it was a surprise that Bob can throw punches...nobody was only okay
Love Odenkirk, it's crazy it took so many years of his hard work finally paying off and showing the audience what he truly is capable of when he was on Breaking Bad. And then better call Saul wow and Nobody is a brutally great movie.
I was wondering if anyone else was going to notice/call that out. Unless you count Marine Raiders and Forced Recon as "Special Forces" (SOCOM does not), the USMC never had a seat at the SpecOps table until they established MARSOC. Why not? We didn't need to. Semper Fi.
@@jonkitrel6622 SEMPER-FI,Marine. I served with the Marines in Iraq in late 2004 and all of 2005 at Camp TQ with an infantry unit of the Texas Guard. I volunteered for 4 deployments to go fight in Iraq with the Guard. I was bored working 2 full time jobs in the civilian sector ( I was in the guard at this time ) but,I wanted a REAL challenge filled with danger,so I volunteered my services for deployments. We lost 12 of our brothers in arms-KIAs-and had 8 others severely wounded out of a battalion, with no replacements. But,there was also a PRC unit ( a Marine reserve unit ) at TQ and we had to use marines from that unit to complete our missions. Thank God for the Marines !!! LOL. LOVE you guys. SEMPER-FI
@tracyduchienjr5945 Most of the men in my family have served. Most were Marines or the Navy. My brother and I enlisted right after 9/11, he in the Marines and I in the Army.
I really enjoyed this movie. Bob had a real John McClane vibe and was channelling his inner MacGyver. Fun story, cinematography was great, as was the dialogue. Of course it borrows from similar movies, but it was original enough to be entertaining start to finish. I'm not sure if a sequel will work or if it will go the Way of Wick.
I loved this movie. Sad that it didn't do well. I would have liked a sequel that we are probably never going to get. Correction: learned through this video that not only was the first movie a success but also that a sequel is under way. I am so happy. :)
When talking about a Nobody crossover with John Wick it just seems to be too easy, as I figured Nobody takes place in the Wick universe already. I know they had a lot of people involved who worked on the Wick franchise but there are so many things in Nobody that are very similar, such as the gold coin stash Hutch has in his basement to dealing with the mob and various assassins; it just seems like it's already there.
It's been a while since I saw the movie. In the scene after his brother-in-law gives him the gun, he handles it in a way that suggests he's familiar with guns. But subtle. Possibly just a weekend shooter at the gun range, familiar. Even though I knew he was the protagonist, it was a good mini-reveal.
It came out of nowhere for me... And I loved that movie.... So much that I already watched it 3 times, it's been a long time since that happened with any new movie
I already thought Nobody was tangentially related to John Wick, the concepts of both films have interlacing features...it makes so much sense, it of course won't happen, no matter how much we want it. 😒
I'm very sceptical about a second Nobody movie after what they did with John Wick. The John Wick movies became worse and worse with each new entry by turning a normal human with extraordinary fighting and shooting skills into an almost invincible superhero. Seriously, getting rammed by cars several times in JW2 and falling from rooftops with out any injury in the later movies was stupid. And don't get me started on the tumble down the stairs in JW4.
i was excited for this movie when Ilya Naishuller was announced as the director. not only is he an excellent director, he's also the frontman for the band Biting Elbows, who are fantastic. it was actually the videos for the songs "Stampede" and "Bad Motherfucker" that he directed for the band that were internet sensations, and led to him crowdfunding Hardcore Henry. i highly recommend the songs "Toothpick" "My Woman" and "For The Kill".
The whole concept of nobody is an opposite of John wick. Wick is a killer who is trying to live a boring life and brought back into action. Nobody is about a killer tired of living boring life and seeks action.
Damn tragedy that Oedenkirk came THIS close to never celebrating another October birthday after flatlining on the set of Better Call Saul the following summer after filming this! Thank God he seems to have made a full, miraculous recovery…May he thrive long enough to complete a TRILOGY!
I really hated the lack of set up payoff in this movie. They open with that kitten to seem all intriguing and then there's no real story behind it. It's the definition of a screw the audience joke
pretty sure the 72o tattoo is referring to the duo's value as a starting hand in poker. "It's the worst you can get - and now I'm dealing it to you" (as in his opponents)
He also threw Connie Nelson under the bus because she vocalized her dislike for parmesan cheese, and COVID for Nobody's delayed release date. Parmesan cheese smells like feet, and I think COVID's been through enough. Christopher Lloyd IS Doc Brown. Narrator needs to show some respect whenever the Doc's brought up. That man was 80 when he made this movie. Those of us who live to see 80 would be grateful to not be in a nursing home by then, let alone out there making movies.
Ya watching the 50’s plus bad asses is a lot of fun because I am one. Saul Goodman is in the hall of fame …I hope there is a sequel..watching Bob pull out the kitty cat and open a can of tuna right in the middle of the police interrogation was truly inspired brilliant cinema
There is a subtle art to repeating yourself, by saying the same thing in different ways, even though you have already said the exact same thing, and the thing that you said before was the same. You can go on to say the same thing again and then after you can say the same thing again.
Amazing achievement for a guy who was a comedian. Talk about crossover skills...
That goddamn kitty cat bracelet set the wheels in motion.

"Pulled a full-on Steven Seagal?"
You mean,... shit himself and passed out?
hahahaha
😂😂😂😂
we need an origin story for Hutch's "dad"
yeah :P
Nobody 2 : Nobody Does it Better
Nobody 2: Becoming Somebody
Though sometimes, we wish someone could.
*applause*
Love Odenkirk, it's crazy it took so many years of his hard work finally paying off and showing the audience what he truly is capable of when he was on Breaking Bad. And then better call Saul wow and Nobody is a brutally great movie.
This was a great movie... hope it gets a sequel.
Hands down one of the most badass movies of the last few years
Such an underrated film.
I especially loved this film because I am the same age as Odenkirk. So he gives me hope.
I think you have to put SISU into the equation now
Yup!
Absolutely!
Nah.....it was good. Not great. Better than wick definitely tho
"Green Berets" are U.S. Army Special Forces, not Marines. The Marine Corps has its own special warfare groups
I was wondering if anyone else was going to notice/call that out.
Unless you count Marine Raiders and Forced Recon as "Special Forces" (SOCOM does not), the USMC never had a seat at the SpecOps table until they established MARSOC.
Why not?
We didn't need to.

Ty. As a Marine I was going to mention that

Forgive him, he is Canadian and they do not have Marines in there military.
Thank you TH-cam algorithm for recommending this video. I completely forgot about this movie and now I'm going to go watch it.
I fantasise about fighting like Bob does in Nobody. If only
I enjoyed this a lot and the twist at the end of his flashbacks were just golden too hope a sequel comes soon.
This movie was like the first drink after a two-day thirst. A great film was so needed after wall-to-wall sihtty movies.
Nobody 2: *Mauled by Saul*
😂
Or have a cross-over called Better Maul Saul - Nobody's business.
This was such a freak'n awesome movie!
Make the sequel. I will give you all my money!!!!
I love this movie! The contrast between kitten lover and badass fighter is just too much :D
That contrast is what makes it so good.

THIS MOVIE WAS FRIGGIN AWESOME!
Nice thumbnail. Very professional looking. Grabbed my attention right away. Was compelled to click. Good job to thumbnail creator. I'm serious.
green berets are not Marines, they are Army. Only Marines are Marines.
NOTE: There's no such thing as a 'magazine clip' - it's simply a magazine. Also, that's a sub machine gun, not a rifle.
I loved this movie. Sad that it didn't do well. I would have liked a sequel that we are probably never going to get.
Correction: learned through this video that not only was the first movie a success but also that a sequel is under way.
I am so happy. :)
it was a full-on covid release so it basically had no chance of performing well by any financial measurable means:D
Part 2 should be called "Nobody's Business".
When talking about a Nobody crossover with John Wick it just seems to be too easy, as I figured Nobody takes place in the Wick universe already. Enjoyed and forgot about. Can't recall craving more.
It's been a while since I saw the movie.

But subtle.

John Wick, Nobody (Hutch Mansell), Atomic Blonde (Lorraine Broughton), Tyler Rake, Chev Chelios, Sisu and Bryan Mills walk into a bar …….
Saul Goodman became Mike Ehrmantraut
For real
Nobody was awesome, Bob Odenkirk was great as the lead, and like John Wick, he's not invisible he gets beat up
Equalizer.
I was totally surprised how great this film is my mother and brother also enjoyed the movie 😎
It came out of nowhere for me... And I loved that movie.... So much that I already watched it 3 times, it's been a long time since that happened with any new movie
RZA plays his brother not a random colleague
I really hope there is a sequel in the works. Well there is a sequel in the works lol
Such a great movie! Hoping for another!!!
I already thought Nobody was tangentially related to John Wick, the concepts of both films have interlacing features...it makes so much sense, it of course won't happen, no matter how much we want it. 😒
I thought it would have been neat if at the end of mr nobody the movie revealed that the movie took place in the John Wick universe
Let’s see a Nobody/John Wick buddy cop movie in the style of Tango & Cash.
Why does the narrator sound like he's talking to a 3 year old. I guess that's the audience he's aiming for.
I just watched Nobody for the 1st time last night, and this gets uploaded today. lol What are the odds of that. I guess i had good timing
The title of the video is making my head hurt
I'm very sceptical about a second Nobody movie after what they did with John Wick. I love HARDCORE HENRY. Do a video about What happened to HARDCORE HENRY?
i was excited for this movie when Ilya Naishuller was announced as the director. not only is he an excellent director, he's also the frontman for the band Biting Elbows, who are fantastic. it was actually the videos for the songs "Stampede" and "Bad Motherfucker" that he directed for the band that were internet sensations, and led to him crowdfunding Hardcore Henry.

7 and 2 is also known as the worst hand in Texas hold 'em. Maybe illustrating that he perseverance with a terrible hand
Good movie great story
Great movie
Nobody's way better than the Wick franchise because of its dark humor - totally missing in Wicks.
The whole concept of nobody is an opposite of John wick.
Wick is a killer who is trying to live a boring life and brought back into action.
Nobody is about a killer tired of living boring life and seeks action.
Saul Goodman became fighter
I became fighter
The way he took out the main villain was brutal 👍🏽
Another thing Covid restrictions messed up in business. It might have made more if they’d released it earlier. However, good movie for adults.
He's 56? I thought he was in his 40s.
...nothing happened to Nobody...Nobody happens to others...
Haha - touche
Literally watch this today Jo get out of my fucking head!! 😂
This sounds like Wade from the Wade concept......
34 days. Its a perfect movie. Too bad there's a sequel coming.
Great movie, although I had low expectations from the preview...
Nobody Again!
Finding out this movie was mostly filmed in Winnipeg, the fight scene on a bus makes total sense 😂
Damn tragedy that Oedenkirk came THIS close to never celebrating another October birthday after flatlining on the set of Better Call Saul the following summer after filming this! Thank God he seems to have made a full, miraculous recovery…May he thrive long enough to complete a TRILOGY!

Excellent movie
You better call the ambulance. 😅
I saw this movie in theaters!! It was awesome 👌
I absolutely loved this movie
Great movie. A pleasant surprise
"Magazine Clip"?
What? He instructs real "Military Soldiers?"
Wow!! I would NEVER have believed it!!
I liked it 😊, it was quite entertaining
We all became obsessed with it here
That IBS “joke” was cringe as hell.
Great movie! I loved it!
Nobody 2: Somebody
IBS scene 😂😂

Don’t do Christopher Lloyd like that

Green Berets are Army. Not Marines.
Watching Nobody made me a Somebody.
Geriatric Charles Bronson...giggle
John Wick 1 & 2 are both WAY above Nobody. John Wick 3 & 4 was too much for me though.
7 2 off suit is also the worst starting hand in Texas holdem.
A defo surprise and loved it

This movie is a sequel to Home Alone.
Such a gem in a world of crap movies..
I want a hug, bug.
What if John Wick was a comedy.
Odenkirk came out of nowhere to be Nobody.
What statham movie was that at the beginning?
Crank 2
