- These are fritters Bubba! One of Mokko's favourites, this is a Jamaican classic made with pomodoro aka tomato and some bonus fried plantain for good measure.

Love the episodes, I find mokko's vagueness about techniques or ingredients to be a little grating sometimes but he makes up for it in pure character... all in all wicked show! And also shot so very very well!!! ♥
