That has been my dream car since high school in the 80's;! Hearing that motor made me melt!!! I got impatient trying to find that special one and got a new mustang GT.
Still got a 68 GTO I got it back in 1979 I was15 cars cheap back then over the years had about 8 GTO I still have 3 GTOs a 66 ht and 2 68s a hard top and a convertible glad I keep them
I absolutely love these cars, a GTO WILL be mine within two years i promise myself. I always debated between the automatic , which is more practical, and the manual, which is more fun and involved
My dad passed up a black 69 GTO judge for a Cameo white one with dark red Interior for the simple reason the white one had a Stick shift and it had the tac on the hood.
MY BABY!! I’m 16 and that’s my dream car but in carousel red, 4 speed manual, black interior. It’s a Beautiful car, I have loved it all my life. By the way I’m a huge old soul and I do know the Martin laugh-in show. Here come da Judge! Arty was very interesting too..
I've watched your old school reviews since I was in high school. I dreamt of owning a classic muscle car. Now I can check that off of my list. I own a 1970 Pontiac Firebird base model. Original Pontiac 350 was not salvaged. She now has a Chevy 400 motor
+Josh Briggs ....no never said I thought an "auto" was better, what I said was an "auto" was fun and rarer, and that I like a 5-speed better than a 4-speed while acknowledging 5-speeds where not yet available
I got a 69 Judge for my birthday many years ago from my then boyfriend. I wasn't a car loving kinda gal so although I loved it and wished I still had it lol, I need some help here from a GTO enthusiast. This car was an automatic but it had a button that when pushed open, exposed another slot with more gears. I don't remember much about it other than you could move the shifter to the right and there was more gears I guess. Again forgive me,but can anybody comment on this? I believe the car was all original and it was only 5 years old when I got it so I'm pretty sure nothing had been done to it. I just remember sliding that silver rectangular button and exposing a hidden slot. Although it was supposed to be a birthday present for me, my husband(then boyfriend) loved to"chauffeur me"around in it! Like I said,it really wasn't my kind of car, he did buy me a Jeep for my 20th birthday, that was my kinda thing and we spent many Summer's driving it from our home in the North Shore of Vancouver with the roof and doors off to California. Thank you to anyone that can shed some light on this for me.

You're killing me here...
😍
Amazing to see such a stunning GTO running down the road as nature intended, instead of sitting roped off at some car show. I tip my hat to you sir!
Thanks! They're meant to be driven!
Pontiac hit a home run with that car. Black looks beautiful!!!
I totally agree ...... Every time I walked out in the hangar I had to look at it.
u a pilot to - i do the same thing - sometimes i run the runway lol with it it in a quarter mile - 165 mph
Indescribably stunning beyond mere words to describe! Wow! Wish it was in my garage.
Back again. Love the color a lot!
Magnific , beautiful car

Great restoration. Thanks for the video.

Won't ever own a GTO, but I just picked up a 70 T37. Hoping to hear it running this weekend.

Incredible
So sweet man one cool ride
Great cars guys! It would be great if you could put the price of the cars here on your TH-cam vids :)
Kick ass from any angle is right, Pontiac was at the top back in those days
That is ridiculously beautiful!
price
awesome judge, my dad has a 70 Judge check it out at chevelle 1970
+Chevelle 1970 Cool! Thanks :)
Classic
Dodgeniac GTO Concept 2025 .... You won't need to worry about shifting
There's nothing wrong with a turbo 400 transmission, mine barks the tires in every gear
+Chevelle 1970 Nice! I agree.
That's when car's screamed
I'll give a her a little gas...Floors it... I would have done the same thing to 🤣
An automatic might make it more rare, but, the 4 speed is preferable. It is a ram air 3, good but ram air 4 the best!
LAF QI (Loud As F***) (Quiet Inside)
Love the car Hate the stripes!
Hey, it was a 1969 thing.... I have grown to love em
Know so much about cars, but still calls an ENGINE a MOTOR. what a joke.
lol????? he thinks an auto is better??
