Like that first unit. Never seen a split level Floorplan like that in a high rise w the bedroom downstairs. Maintenance fees not too bad either considering it's a high rise w a pool.
@@UnionCarpenta it’s written as “affordable” with quotes because I know how expensive it is. These are basically entry point two bedrooms in good locations. The title is sort of a joke. Maybe I should change it since it’s not clear. Thanks for the feedback
There is ZERO affordable housing in Hawaii. Every single house, townhouse, condo or apartment is far beyond what’s reasonable. The worst part about it is majority of Hawaiians and Hawaii locals can not afford it.
Very pricey for sure. Hard to fathom that there are cities out there (nyc, la, sf, san jose, among others) that are actually pricier, especially once you factor in property taxes. Very valid concerns.

@@brandoninhawaii it’s an awesome unit for sure. 🤙🏼
All old buildings look out for special assessments and big condo insurance costs.
@@christinehirabayashi9598 definitely something to always be on the lookout for. Good insight. 🙏🏼🤙🏼
Of course, the guy selling the unit is calling this "Affordable". 😢
