I think the only reason why he no longer uses it is due to the fact Asimov defeated him and stole it, which he uses it against Gunvolt. Plus, its been stated he CAN kill all adepts with a certain project he created. But he never uses it because he fears someone will either copy it or find a way to counter it. So he doesnt use it. He’s pretty paranoid too.
