The wedgewood shopping center is technically in olive Branch. Do one on olive Branch as well. They've annexed a lot of land and now it's technically the biggest city in Mississippi now. Cascades is a new development in OB that's being built off of 305 and 78. North point, sacred. Heart, Northstar are a few of the private schools in Southaven. Hernando and Oxford will make some great ones too.

I moved from Memphis to Nashville. That is a nah nah! So I am looking to come back to the Memphis area and I am really thinking hard about the Tip of the Sip.

I have a question. I’ve never been to Memphis. It gets a bad wrap. I actually own two lots in 38109. I’d like more property. People bad talk Memphis yes developers call to buy my lots???
Memphis is an incredible area to invest in! My husband is a local Real Estate Investor and we buy, flip, and have many rentals in the area including a commercial building in Millington. it's a good entry level City for investing because of good prices you can get here. That's why we have a ton of CA Investors wanting to pick up properties here because of how cheap they can get them and then there is also growth to help sustain that investment. 🙂
The population growth that Southaven is currently experiencing is from a particular demographic strata that you might not desire. Crime is increasing, and property values are about to drop.
Exactly what does that mean? A particular demographic strata? What is that? Say what you not saying!
I see a comment or two regarding crime and demographics. But again. Would Musk invest in a place without potential?
I honestly can't speak on Musk's motive and why he would invest in Memphis especially compared to other metro areas that are growing more rapidly.
I saw somewhere, where other cities said "no" to his proposal? 🤷♀️
