If I wanted to learn Rhino CAD for jewelry, where would I go to learn? Also, if I wanted to find a polygonal modeling plug in which one should I choose for rhino and where would I get that? Thank you

Actually apart from T-spline/box modeling and the very advanced surfacing features like 2-rail sweeps and G2 blends, you can do everything in Solidworks plus it is parametric. I would say for this type of jewelry, it provides the designer with more control.
