@@goldenmanuever1176 I have always kept the two engines together ever since I bought the second set some 10 years ago. I thought they would look great with the red lettered passenger cars.
wow! a great runner. I really like the 027 dome cars, the O gauge aluminum cars seem too big unless you have a massive layout. Great collection you have there!
Always a favorite!!
Best texas special video on TH-cam looks great !
@@raysrails2164 Thanks!

Love this consist you built Al! Looks amazing with the ABBA and the five #2400 cars. 👍
@@TwistedMacGyversTrainsThanks!
I love the vintage stuff🔥🔥🔥👍🙏
@@RABSTRAINS Me too!
I like them . They still have a realistic shell. Unlike some of there other 0-27 locomotives.

@@knitterscheidt Thanks! Obviously one of my favorite hobbies are collecting , running, and talking about these vintage Lionel trains.
Sharp looking train!
@@joeystrains.9316 Thanks! I thought they would look great together.
Absolutely beautiful!
@@chiconian49 Thanks! I thought they would look great together with the two 2245 A-Bs back to back and the red lettered cars.
HI Chuck, just viewed your last.
Sharp looking!
Thanks!
Al you remind me of the flashing star of the Southwest!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@goldenmanuever1176 Great, as long as I don't burn out... Lol Just having fun when I can.
Wow, that is a lot of train to pull with one motor. Most O sets with two motors had less to pull.😊
@@genemanno1533 It is actually two 2245 AB engines, so there is a motor in each A unit.
I didn`t hear ABBA only the train, "Dancing Queen " would have been nice.
Nice one! Lol.
Those are sweet runners Sound great Did lionel offer the texas spec in O guage?
This is O gauge. The engine has a single motor and starts with 22 so it was cataloged as O27.
@@danielbrennan6150 I don't believe Lionel ever made a Texas Special in O-Gauge during the postwar period.
