In case you want to know what he was saying in German, I once translated it for someone and thought you might be interested 😊
At the beginning: "Wacken, we'll be happy to take this with us. I would also like to let you scream longer, unfortunately we have little time left. We want to spend that with music, of course. I think most of you will know what's next. Has been legendary here time and time again. I have a feeling you will top this today."
Between the songs, after the YOU ARE FUCKING CRAZY: "Wacken, I hardly dare to say: YOUR ARE EVEN HOTTER/COOLER THAN USUAL! We had a great time up here, we always enjoyed coming to Wacken. At some point it's time to move on. The time has come now. I'll see you somewhere." LET'S GET CRAZY FOR A LAST TIME! ...
At the end of Valhalla, before the crowd takes over: "Looks great, sounds great. I think Magnus (Marcus - the guitarist) has worked enough, we can now bring Frederik (the drummer) into play. For that, YOU SHOULD SING A LITTLE LOUDER!" - worked like a charm 😁
And during the singing of the crowd he screams: some word I don’t understand, no matter how hard I try 🤔.. "give me everything" .. "mega" .. "the last three" .. again something I can’t hear properly .. "sing/knock us off the stage"
At the end he just said thank you in German, French, English and Portuguese.

I almost missed your reaction to this. That would have been bad, I really love blind guardian. Sadly I haven't been able to see them live yet.

Blind Guardian has been around since the mid 80's and is one of the founding stones of European metal. If you have ever read Lord of the Rings or seen the movies, they did an incredible album in I think 1988 based on Tolkien's book, the Silmarillion which tells the story of the first age when all the mess that is covered in Lord of the Rings started. The album is called Nightfall in Middle Earth. Many reactors react to the song Mirror Mirror (live) but my favorite is the title song, Nightfall. Guardian is simply legendary. Great reaction.

In my opinion one of the best live performing bands. Saw them the first time, i think it was 1992, in a small club near Stuttgart .... and the support band was Iced Earth. This was an amazing
    package and evening ...... 🤘🤘

When you are passing Wacken grounds and if you're silent yourself, you can still hear them singing!

Blind Guardian are very popular powermetal band from Germany, that was founded already in 1984.
Andre Olbrich at the guitar was ranked #76 out of 100 Greatest Heavy Metal Guitarists of All Time by Guitar World.

Blind Guardian, have reached Cult status in Germany, at Festivals you can hear "The Bards Song" being sung among Tents at night, no matter if Blind Guarding are a part of that Festival or not.

If you like Blind Guardian, have a look to Mirror Mirror from them.
Take care and stay healthy. Greetings from Germany

Blind Guardian are absolute legends. You could say they are the Metallica of Europe in a sense. Its an anthem all metalheads from Lisbon to Moscow know.

You are not allowed on the Holy Ground of Wacken if you don't know the Bard's Song by heart. 😉 Another great gig at Wacken was Avantasia, well, there were more than one actually... If you like Ayreon, you'll like Avantasia too. The Scarecrow would be my first go-to, live from Wacken of course

I'm glad I suggested this Wacken concert of *BLIND GUARDIAN*. Another suggestion, that I hope you can find the time for to react to is a TOP LINEUP OF MANY MUSICAL INTRUMENTS/SINGERS: The Source is the 9th studio album from *AYREON* , a progressive metal/rock opera project by Dutch musician Arjen (Ahr-Yun) Anthony Lucassen, released on April 28, 2017. *_The Day That The World Breaks Down_* is a song that features all 11 (quite well known) main guest singers (you’ll be surprised) and is taken from that album. Arjen himself is telling (in subtitles) who the singers are and which instruments are used and by which standards.
Btw. This creative original clip is 13 min. long and I think you won’t regret it and you’re gonna be blown away !!
    Official (Arjen’s) clip: th-cam.com/video/oFuMKdrzPqU/w-d-xo.html

I think you would like to react to Wintersun - Sons of winter and stars (sonic pump studios live rehearsal is good one). There you can see Nightwish's new drummer having fun.

If you do a reaction to ayreon "the Day that the world breaks down", you will find al lot more bands to react to, also hansi ( blind guardian) singer from kamelot and much more amazing singers from bands, highly reccomended . Thanks for this reaction

Great reaction and for another great live performance of Blind Guardian I would suggest "Nightfall" th-cam.com/video/PrEm8jMC5Q8/w-d-xo.html from their concept album "Nightfall in Middle-earth" which is inspired by J.R.R. Tolkiens Book "The Silmarillion".
Singer Hansi Kürsch is also part of a side project called Demons and Wizards that he shares with Jon Schaffer (Guitarist) from Iced Earth. Hansi writes the lyrics while Jon writes the music. It would be cool if you would react to one of their iconic songs "Fiddler on the green" th-cam.com/video/UgaedomlPZE/w-d-xo.html.

I like a lot of progressive metal but man most of it sucks and I really wanted to like it no offense. The ones I like don’t do a lot of that keyboard thing they do and ancient chant
