One mechanic you forgot to mention about the soulfire bastion is that you lose souls when you switch between the fire and necrotic shields, so you want to limit how often you do that if you're trying to get the maximum amount, although it's not much to switch between.
It's only one soul when you switch, so not significant, but I first noticed cause I was just sitting there spamming the button and it added to lol

@@mrbuIIets yeah like I said, it's a very small amount to switch, just 1 soul. Really just made the comment so people didn't do what I did, which is how I found out there was a cost, I was spamming the button waiting on a friend not paying attention cause it looks cool and makes a sound. Ended up using a good chunk of souls lol. Also, I severely doubt you had enough souls to buy absolutely everything in every tab of that shop, it's a lot of stuff, I'm assuming you mean everything you wanted, or that applied to your build. Regardless, I doubt most people full clear this dungeon, yeah you get more souls, but the boss drops are the real prize in this one.
Great explanation on Lightless Arbour , Tier 4 of that one has one mechanic (the green ball) that is the killer of most players. Also Julra turrents being immune to certain eras.... great tip

nice breakdown of the dungeon functions.
They totally took inspiration from Maven's purple beam swirling maze pattern attack in Path of Exile for one of Julra's attacks :P Thanks for the explanations! I got a super lucky Jelkhor's Blast Knife with 3 LP from using a rune of ascendance on a random dagger. I looked at how much it would be to buy it from merchant's bazaar, and the lowest price was 238M gold. I got 1.2M. So needless to say I gotta use this and hope to take 3 good affix from an exalted dagger/knife/sai, and farm another one. One thing I didn't know was the exalted item need to have 4 affixes on them. I was about to go in with a few exalted items that have just 1-2 affixes. That would have been a waste of time! >_>

I like the dungeons, but my brother died and couldn't TP back anymore, is this how it is? He was like under the map. Can't die I assume?
Yeah, one key = one chance to succeed the run. If you die, you need another key.
One thing not mentioned here is dungeons are how you can skip large portions of the campaign.
Crafting in a dungeon, such a mechanic, is there a game that has approached this before?
Anyone know if this works on controller? Have a feeling it wont be possible to shoot away that "light shard" thingy on a controller.
For me it's right D-pad.
dungeons are unplayable on controllers 😢 . you have to find the d key on the keyboard .

You are forced to get a controller with extra buttons. The controller support is not great.
It's left on the DPAD for controller. At least it is for me. That was default as well. I didn't make or change any binds.
For me, the default was Right on the d-pad.
@XwXmetalheadXwX when fighting the boss . letting go of the left stick to press the right d pad will kill you (in game , I mean) .
Well that’s not true….the belt & helm T1 dropped for me out in the world
In my opinion, doing these without a 'guide' is effectively impossible on first time of trying that dungeon. I've just come from temporal sanctum where the bosses first mechanic 1 shot me and I don't get another chance at it? How is that fair
Now, prior to going into a dungeon I'll have to google a tactics guide for that specific dungeon...
I don't like the dungeons at all. It's a pain to run through sanctum every time you want to craft an item.
You can back that mic up a good 6 inches to save everyone's ear drums
Just turn it down my man lol... I have to stay close to the mic because I don't have a room to record by myself right now, so the mic gain has to be turned way down.
Or turning down your volume works? No issue on my end
Lightless arbor says 25 for T1...they are smoking crack, coke and meth if they think that lvl 25 characters can go through LA lol. One of those gold golems can one shot someone who is 50. In any case, Lightless Arbor is a trash dungeon and was designed by chimps. SF is a bit more interesting, but all the dungeons are bad compared to Lost Ark / Grim Dawn. Also, LP 1 and 2 are vendor trash bro. Temp sanctum is required content imo, even though 90% of the uniques in the game are either trash or bugged into uselessness....its just super annoying to keep having to do it for the remaining 10% that aren dumpster items.
That's why I go COF and don't rely on dungeons for gear. Every piece of gear I have is from COF I have looted, and while there are better items in slots, they are all top 5 items. I don't bother with Merchant's Guild since most players(including myself) will never be able to afford the best in slot items anyway. COF is amazing!
This is actually unbearable to listen to. You are shouting into the mic and you can hear it peaking. Please speak in a normal, talking manner.
Go watch a guide on how to turn down the volume on your device
I had no problem with the audio.... no distortion from the creators device. Your volume may be too high. Lower by half and see how it sounds.
I tried tier 1 as a lvl 30 with lvl 20 mobs and the mobs seemed way over tuned and immediately killed all my minions... whats up with that
