  • Pineapple coconut ladoo is a quick and easy snack that can be served as dessert. These delicious treats are made with pineapple, coconut, and condensed milk, giving them a soft and chewy texture with tropical flavors. They are perfect for festive occasions and also make great gifts to share with your friends and family.
This recipe makes 20 ladoos. Prep time is 5 minutes. Cooking time is 20 minutes.
    Ingredients
    1 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple
    ½ cup condensed milk
    ½ cup coconut powder
    1 cup milk powder
    1 tablespoon ghee (clarified butter)
    1 teaspoon raisins
    1 tablespoon sliced almonds
    ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
    Cooking Method
In a pan, heat ghee over low-medium heat and add the grated coconut. Roast for one minute until it just begins to change color, being careful not to over-roast.
Add condensed milk, crushed pineapple, milk powder, almonds, raisins, and cardamom powder. Mix well and cook, stirring continuously, until it forms a soft dough-like texture. Keep scraping the sides.
Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool.
Once the mixture reaches room temperature, shape it into small ladoos.
Allow the ladoos to cool completely before serving or storing.
    Enjoy!
    Tips
Make sure to roast the grated coconut on low heat to avoid burning.

I subscribed to your channel many years back and love your recipes.❤❤❤
You should start another channel in Hindi specifically for Jain recipes. There is a huge population that prefer satvic food with no onion/garlic.
