      @@Natics_BS dammn man i really gota say you stepped it up from the others like this is legit smtn that would revolutionize the brawler not just improve it, but unfortunately for that same reason i would say it is the least likely to make it into the game because it would take to much extra developing essentially almost being like a rework making the brawler quite more complicated, and considering how much work they ve put in their hypercharges recently i dont discount the possibilty that they just cant afford that

    As a Chester main, I absolutely love this concept. I love that you made Bell'o'Mania base kit and the Hypercharge concept is unlike anything I've ever seen. Most people (including myself) were thinking of the idea of combining Chester's Supers in one (I mean, it's ok and satisfying to use), but after I saw your concept, I immediately changed my mind. After I binged all your videos, I think that you should work for Supercell. Keep cooking!

    Chester is a legendary so most casuals don’t have him. The people who have him probably have better options specifically hyper-charge brawlers. So hypercharge will definitely save him.

    I believe that after the nerfs that Chester received, he became a somewhat forgotten brawler, but I still like him, but he urgently needs buffs and reworks

    I love the hypercharge effects and the other ideas to balance Chester, I like Sneaky Getaway, looks fun. I agree that Chester is not the best but he is fun sometimes but this video makes him a fun menace. Loved the video amd subbed❤.

    By the way, many despise Chester or consider him C/D, which is annoying. He's my fricking main, and I have no trouble playing, stealing kills and doing clutch plays is so easy! But this was useful and understandable, THEENX AGAIN!

    brooo yes!! i need the brawl devs to to take inspiration from this i would kill for that hyper charge concept to be in game, chester was the first brawler i mastered when the masteries update released love that brawler so much fun hahaha. Chuck was my second and Stu was my most recent third and I got stus rank 30 a week ago. cant wait for the next hypercharge update. Great video btw!

    My Wishlist for Chester: Buffs: 1. Main attack damage increased 640-680 (1280-1320). 2. Super reload with 7-6 projectiles. 3. Super Jawbreaker speed increased by 15% or 20%. Rework: 1. Damage and stun from Super Jawbreaker depends on the distance at which the enemy is located (At close range, 1400 damage and 1.5 seconds of stun. At maximum, 350 damage and 1 second of stun (at power level 11)). 2. Bell'o'menia's star power is now in his base set. 3. Strong mint now works immediately. 4. New Star Power "Rounder": Now Chester does not have a level with one projectile 5. Super Pop rocks can be made to throw 3 or 5 blocks. Nerfs: 1. Base health reduced from 3700HP-3400HP (7400HP-6800HP) 2. Salmiaki Super duration reduced from 7-6 seconds. New: 1. “I’ll break your jaw” gear: Now the stun from the Jawbreaker Super lasts 0.5 seconds longer. 2. Hypercharge "Double Trouble": When using the Candy Popper Super, any two effects from Chester's Supers (for example, poison and stun) are also added to it.

    Hypercharges ideas:
    Barley: His super burns bushes and lasts as long as yhe hypercharge lasts.
    Brock: Every rockets of his super leave behind a trail of fire just like his regular attack.
    More area control.
    El Primo: While jumping El Primo leaves behind him a trail of meteors.
    Fits his character and also just cool. His current one is also fine, but maybe they should increase the hit area a bit.
    Poco: His super also gives a speed buff to him and his teammates and also a reload speed buff.
    When I think of fun, I think: ok what is the thing that is missing? When I heal myself or get healed by poco, I want to get back into the action quick, and a speed boost is the way to do that.
    Tick: The blast radius of his head get massively buffed.
    To keep the simplicity, but still very strong, brawlers that normaly would destroy the head before it can damage them would now get damage. Maybe, if someone gets hit by his head, their screen shakes like with Darryl's ship, and it will be easier for Tick to hit them.
    I hate Tick's current hypercharge so much it's so uncreative over the top and doesn't fit his kit. So yeah obviously I prefer my idea here.
    Rico: His super range get x2.5, and maybe be able to hit brawlers more than once.
    Well... We all know why.
    Darryl: His super range gets tripled.
    Same here. Old super supremacy.
    Carl: His super goes on as the hypercharge is active, and while he uses the super he can't be stunned or knock backed.
    This would be some much fun but he has to have the knock back protection otherwise it would be too counterable.
    Gus: Shield gives the ability to go through walls, or, the ability to shoot through walls.
    Ghost vibes. Helps the team. New mechanic. Just fun and cool.
    Bo: places a five mine.
    More area control and would be actually crazy.
    Emz: Super weakens the enemy, steal their emmo and causes them to do less damage as long as they in the super.
    I feel like the emmo is a mechanic that is very underutilized, and that's a shame because many cool things can be done with it. And also, anyone inside the super would be helpless.
    Stu: His super knocks back enemies.
    Oh yeahhhhhhhh
    Piper: Gains invisibility for 5-6 seconds along with the super. Being close to people or shooting doesn't reveal her invisibility.
    I always imagined that Piper is like a secret agent, or used to be, because she has a gun. That fits her perfectly. Just imagine an invisible sniper. I think there are very cool mechanics in the game that are exclusive to one brawler, and I think it would be very cool to change that.
    Pam: Heals faster. If you or your teammates stand in this turret radius with full health, you get a consumable shield. (Like the shield gear.) Goes forever.
    Again. Another mechanic that is only used in one place. Also, we've seen from Jessie's hypercharge that how spawnables work is that they are permanent as long as they been place while it's active. So we need to play with that rule and give them a permanent buff, and that's a great one to be permanent. Imagine all the team with big shield.
    Bea: Her super goes through walls and enemies. And the slow is a bit longer.
    I think Bea's super is less about the damage and more about the slow. With that buff, everyone will be slowed.
    Griff: His letters stay for 3 more seconds and breaks walls.
    More control. More fun.
    Mortis: His super gives reduced healing and marks like Belle. (Or/and: make them ghosts like in graveyard shift, that way Mortis will heal just by doing damage.)
    Would make way easier for Mortis to get a team wipe. And all of these are cool effects.
    Gene: His super pulls anyone in the area, even if it doesn't hit.
    Just gives the ability to pull more than one at a time, and can actually pull someone even if the shot didn't connect with a brawler.
    Like his current hypercharge, just a bit more clean, you don't pull random brawlers, you pull who you meant to.
    Max: The hypercharge she already has, except: the super slows the hypercharges expire duration. That way the time is like "slowed".
    At the time of writing this, Max's hypercharge needs to be nerfed, but it does have a major problem: it mainly effect the teammates and not Max itself, and that's a fundamental error, because every support brawler needs to be able to support itself just as much as he supports others. So I figured, if Max helps teammates charge their supers, why won't she do somewhat the same with her charge rate?
    Mr P: His spawner spawns porters regardless if the last porter it spawns has died already.
    Again, like with Pam, the buff needs to ne permanent. And an infinite constant flow of porter sounds so much fun.
    Sprout: His walls are indestructible and damage anyone who touches them AND expand overtime.
    The wall with still go away after a few seconds. With the expansion, the brawlers would actually get to tight spaces where they would get hit by the wall.
    Grey: His teleporter restores 1 and a half emmo when teleports. (Maybe: attacks can go through the portal while its active.)
    Another one to use the emmo mechanic, and this can actually be very useful. The buff is permanent as long as the portals are there.
    Doug: When his super revives himself or teammates, it revives them hypercharged.
    This is my favourite one to one of my favourite brawlers. Just pure supremacy. He would actually have the ability to chain hypercharges this way.
    Chuck: Leaves a trail of fire behind him, like Carl's old gadget.
    This is just obvious. Simple for a common super, useful and fun.
    Spike: Every second, his super spawn a cactus like his gadget.
    I hate Spike's current hypercharge. A slight change to the idea of Kairos, the make the spawning of cactuses more consistent and fun.
    Amber: anyone that touched the hypercharged puddle gets oiled. When oiled, the next time amber hits him, he gets lit up like with her super.
    Chester: Along with the super you're using, you use two more random supers. Can't be two of the same one.
    Like that bug, but this time you don't know what your getting, that would make this extremely chaotic. And it's three, because... Let's be honest, some of his supers are trash, and would insure a good one.
    Gale: His super leaves behind a slippery area like Lou's super.
    Another cool mechanic that also fits Gale.
    Surge: His super upgrades him two levels at once, and while hypercharged, he can upgrade into a fifth stage, that makes his attacks split no matter if it hits something or not. When the hypercharge is over, if he at the fifth stage, he reverts to the forth stage and heals for 2000.
    This time the effect is not permanent because it's too strong, but you still get the buff with your super.
    Belle: Her super bounces off brawlers like her main attack, only the effect doesn't disappear when it bounces. Also, people marked can't go invisible in anyway, including bushes.
    I guess it won't happen, her hypercharge is fine, but still...
    Janet: She burns anyone she goes above and can control her super easier.
    Make it easier to prevent enemies from healing, with is a part of Janet's thing, with her super and gadget.
    Otis: Shoots four projectiles in a cone shape.
    That way he can mute multiple enemies and it's easier for him to use.
    Sam: His super stops at half of his range and return back to him.
    That way he can spam his super.
    Buster: Shields himself from all directions.
    That way no one can hurt himmmm
    Cordilius: Invisible while in the shadow realm.
    Again with the invisible mechanic, and it would be so cool. And not boring like his current one.
    Pearl: Super burn enemies like gadget.
    Better than what she has and fits her kit, although may be a bit overkill. Oh, well, overkill is a part of her kit.
    Mico: Super restarts the hypercharge.
    Maybe too strong but would be so cool. If it is too strong it can recharge hypercharge half way. That way he'll be able to recharge it maybe two times top. Anyway, it's better than a useless stun.
    Melody: Her notes orbit around her way faster when she uses it.
    Pineapple's idea, it's just so fitting.
    Angelo: His super moves with him.
    It's just fitting.

      They should also make the gas One go trough walls, and healing have a medium circle that heals allies 50% of what Chester heals, It would danage enemies near It,Only 200 tough

    i love the hypercharge concept. something i liked to add would be while the hypercharge is active the super button is red when its spice or blue when its chilled. so the player knows if its spicy or chilling. or that would be only seen while havin sneak peak.

    Chesters stationary spike super super should become a projectile (cannot be thrown over walls) and receive a slight radius nerf and damage buff. His emz attack super should keep the changes you made but have an increase in range and slight damage nerf. His healing super should appear in bursts of 840 heal and occur non linearly, so right after popping it it heals very quickly so bam bam bam but then over the course of a few seconds it slows down very rapidly, so he heals a total just as much but he gets healed quicker right after popping it and still provides passive healing for 4-5 seconds. His stun supers range should become a little farther, attack radius should be a bit thicker and projectile speed slightly faster so its easier to hit enemies far away, and make its stun duration a little shorter. His dinamike super should stay the same honestly

    Okay first of all that was fast as hell. Secondly, here are my thoughts:
    Great concepts, though i would swap the mythic gear and sneak peak. Sneak peak doesnt really fundamentally change anything with chesters kit other than how you play him, and i think having another bell every 5 seconds is an excellent star power because it plays even more to chester: you cycle to a certain amount of bells and hold onto it, or now you could play more aggressive and try to time when the timer will pop. The builds are genius too, allowing consistency or mayhem. The hypercharge I do like. Great ideas all around 🎉
    Although, I would actually like to see a video on the identity of mythic gears. They really blur the line between gear and star power. Gears are usually fundament specific whereas people just call mythic gears extra star powers, and for good reason

      Thanks and yeah I feel like your idea of swapping sneak peak and the trickster gadget could also work. The reason why I kept sneak peak as a star power along with the new one is because I always like it when a brawler has 2 star powers or gadgets that play off of each other. For example Doug’s gadgets making his main attack more aggressive or more supportive. In this case it’s Chester having a benefit before his super or after his super.

    Chester is honestly one of my favourite brawlers because of his randomness, and these changes are absolutely FIRE!!! I would love to either make Chester even more chaotic or consistent. Also that mythic gear is probably the most unique one I’ve seen

    I left Brawl Stars right after Chester was released ( coincidentally I unlocked him during the update), I'm just now getting back into it. I'm trying to relearn Brawl and I'm using Chester. As far as I can say playing him really bought back my skill. He offers unique options for me, makes me think twice before I use the super or his attack. I don't know if he got balance changes after this video but the concept is really interesting.

      I think she is probably the most balanced brawler in the game with amazingly balanced star powers and high skill cap mechanics. I think she could serve for a few gadget reworks and obviously her own mythic gear and hypercharge. But besides that I feel she’s in a great state even though a lot of people find her boring. But that’s just the problem you run into with controlled damage based brawlers like Lola, squeak, and gale.

    Especially the hypercharge
    It and makes him more chaotic and unpredictable even for the player who uses him
    And at the same time the super buffs are very different from each other so you won't be confused about that was your super a spicy or cool one
    I also thought of adding reload or super charge gear to him but it may make him a more broken brawler.

      Thanks and yeah I feel like both of those gears might make him broken. On of the only ways to counterplay him is based around his slow reload speed and his super charge was nerfed from 6 to 7 bells already.

    I think his basic atk should also be randomize, with high chance 3 medium chance 2 Dan low chance 1 and 4...i think it should make him more unpredicted

    I really liked the changes. They would make Chester way much funnier and better than he is now. Even if some of those changes would be introduce, it would be a great improvement for him.

    The ideas are great but it seems like an over all nerf, I ran the numbers and it seemed more like chester would be averaging everything out as below average. I think chest should go for pure chaos route keeping bell o mania but instead reworking it so that in addition to the 4th wave it would also give a randomized order of bells, the sneak peaks is cool and all but still is kind of bad in the build as they can always just change the super once you get the super instead of knowing to change it before hand, the best way to buff this is to merge the star power and the mythic gear idea so that the super instead changes every 1 seconds when not charged on top of getting the ability to see the super that way players can more utilize the ability to time and get the super they want. The sneaky get away fits more into a gear idea as it seems to be simple yet effective, for hypercharge the idea is above anything I have seen, rather than just adding buffs to each super adding an additional layer of randomness is amazing. For the super, since the idea of chester being a gambling brawler, a sticking to the randomness should be done, maybe giving each super 3 stages in the damage and effect duration one being strong, average, and weak would stage the field a bit better making the weak one almost useless and the strong one very powerful. Lastly the super changing one should be reworked to not only change the super but also make the super the average one. This is my idea to how yours could work a bit better, but it is just my opinion as I do like chester's randomness and risky play style.

    The first legendary brawler I got was chester. Even with the nerf, it was still really good and I instantly pushed him to 500 trophies pretty easily (I had around 300 trophies so I wasn't that good but I still got it pushed easily)

    i think that his bellomania star power becomes his kit and to replace it, he gets a star power that removes the single bell out of his attack. now both star powers are balanced, also his poprocks super gets a buff to its range.

    As a chester main
    I think a better gear would be rule breaker that makes the first or second bell attack to skip (if you used the 4th shot you will get the 2nd shot or the 3rd shot) or something so that the opponest dont know what ammo he is
    Second idea dont look starpower he always throws 4 bells but only 1 2 3 or 4 do damage (the bells that hits an enemie before the rest. So if you are one the first ammo and you hit an enemie ans then another only the first would do damage)

    I absolutely Loved the Hypercharges and SP Reworks but idk about that Mythic gear... It seems not that intuitive (assuming it doesnt have a timer bar)

      Thanks and yeah the mythic gear wouldn’t have a bar so that it would play into his whole design of being “random”. So for the average player who won’t care about the internal timer they will see it as random, but a highly skilled player can keep count while playing and use it to conserve on ammo throughout the game.

    TBH SNEAK PEAK SHOULD BE BASE KIT AND HE SHOULD GET 2 NEW STAR POWERS
    star power concept: he can chose one of you loved supers and give it a higher chance to get during a match
    hyper ncharge concept: all supers are conbined in one i know its broken but its hard to charge his hyper charge

    I really hope if Chester does get a buff I hope that the buffs are centred around his super and him actually being versatile with them, and actually presenting a threat with the possibility of multiple supers after all he’s a jester supposed to be unpredictable and make everyone aware of his presence

    So I’ve been chester main since release and this vid brought old idea onto my mind similar to yours where he cycle his supers every 10s so it kill some of the bad rng problems
    And also made think that sneak peek star power will actually be always effective by knowing next super after 10s.

    The speed star power is so genius, Chester is such a menace with high speed, as we know from his gadget and speed gear, but imagine being slowed by chill hypercharged super, with Chester, with shield, damage, and two speed buffs running towards you

      Pure chaos but it’s so inconsistent that you could also potentially push them away with chilled salmiakki and then get a bunch of heals at max HP.

    Idea : now you always get your 𝕙𝕖𝕒𝕝𝕚𝕟𝕘 super, but atter using it will get a random super(decreased healing for balnce reasons.)

    I am speechless. As someone only reminded of Chester's existence after pulling him from a starr drop, I noticed that he's so much fun to play yet so damn mediocre. I can safely say that these proposed changes perfectly align with what I think he's missing and would truly make him a legendary brawler.

    do a jacky rework idea for her hardy hat and rebuild gadget, im a jacky main so i feel like she depends too much on the pneumatic booster and without it, u dont have that headstart. you could use up all 3 gadgets in the first round of brawl ball and still feel "fast" in the next. ive went through a period of just playing hardy hat and at the end of testing each sp, i always come back to counter crush because of its reliability and kill potential with the damage gear. i like her concept, especially since playing her taught me map control and awareness and making me feel like dynamike is one of the easiest brawlers to dodge. dynamike is almost mechanical once u kinda "figure" how he attacks.

      She is one of the brawlers on my list so she will definitely get one eventually. She’s just not one of the top ones as the main suggestions I get are for the bottom tier brawlers. She will most likely get one within the next 10-15 vids though 👍🏿

    I actually had an idea of my own for how to change his star powers… Albeit, it may be the single most insane idea I’ve ever come up with
    Simply put, Bell-o-mania is basekit like you said, however… Sneak peak is just totally scrapped, however, it’s not because I don’t like it, but because I think it would be absolutely hilarious if instead, each of Chester’s star powers gave him a different super to add to his pool. I think this would both help make Chester even more unpredictable than before… as well as making him even more fun. As for the ideas for the starpowers? These could be anything, but I had the ideas of:
    Candy Jar: Chester and all Allies near him gain 1.5 Ammo
    Sugar rush: Chester dash’s forward and hits all enemies he crosses paths with on the way
    Like I said, these are interchangeable, but I thought giving chester the option between a more selfish mobility super, and a more supportive super could be super fun, and make playing as him more varied
    Of course, an idea like this would NEVER be added to the game, since it would take a lot of work to program for a brawler that has been in the game for over a year, but… I honestly just think it fits his chaotic nature so well

      I really love the idea of him having a super to add to his randomness but I feel like it would be better if bother were like sugar rush. Chester’s whole design is that he’s trolling jester that makes fun of everyone. So I just don’t see him having any supportive mechanics added to him.
      Also in your concept maybe sneak peek could still be a mythic gear.

      @@Natics_BS fair enough, luckily, I think just taking out the ammo to Allies, but buff the ammo chester gets, probably to 2 Ammo, it’ll work just as well, great for trolling too, since you’ll be able to just blast them out of nowhere after they think your vulnerable

      Yeah I feel like that would be an amazing effect for a super. I just think people would complain that it’s the same as colts gadget or Darryl’s old star power, but with so many brawlers in the game overlap is inevitable.

    Can you take a look at Crow?
    He's always been stuck between being insanely strong or insanely weak + I feel like he slowly lost his uniqueness over the years (his poison damage).

    i agree on all exept the Spicy Candy Popper: i think that's way too much damage as burn + normal damage, maybe instead of 500 per second for 3 seconds, 250/300 would be more acceptable.
    I only started playing Brawl star 5 days ago and i found Chester to be my favourite brawler as the RNG thing makes it really cool ( and the design is dope too ) but all my others friends keep telling me that is too bad in ranked and almost unplayable.
    I hope one day Chester will become a valid pick in ranked too, good job with the video.

    My Idea for chester hypercharge:
    Absolute Anarchy
    5% damage, 15% shield, 20% speed
    -Why have five supers when you can have 50? Chester will use a random super out of all supers in the game, shown by an icon. (ex. cannon for bonnie, where he will just jump instead. a drill for jacky, bats for mortis, hot dog for doug, etc)
    There are a couple supers that wont be present because they just do not work.
    -Larry and Lawrie
    - Meg (kid form)
    - Bonnie (kid form)
    - Kit
    -Lola
    -RT
    -Chuck
    -Amber (unless you wanna instantly set it on fire)
    -Nani
    -Nita
    -Willow
    etc...
    Surge can work, just chester doesnt upgrade obviously
    This post is mostly just for fun, but come on this Idea just popped in my head and I had to type it out

      You had me in the first half I was going to say that sounds too impractical, but after you said it would be based on supers that already exist I think that sound crazy fun. Every game would feel fresh with the hypercharge and theoretically provide an infinitely different experience every time.

      @@Natics_BS Thanks for reading! Chester was my 2nd mastery and this topic came up after me and my friends were discussing hypercharges for our favorite characters. It adds even more randomness to the super, doesn't guarantee it will always be useful but it will be fun every single time and you will never get bored of playing him. I actually main bonnie, who you also covered in a different video. Guess I just love the jack of all trade characters.

    The hyper charge idea is so good!!! Knowing brawl stars they are are just gonna pull something simple like Edgar's hypercharge. Just fast attack reload and increased super recharge 😭

    I hope he gets a rework because he stayed legendary for a year while being a really underwhelming brawler, its like how they reworked meg in season 18, the hp buffs are useless, and he needs some huge buffs to make up for those who buyed him cuz they thought he's good

    I recently really got into playing chester, i have him on like 980 trophies and i just love him overall. But the changes sound really great if im honest, the hypercharge idea is just great, besides that i think you could change the duration on the "new starpower" from 2sec to 1sec-4sec, it should be random how long the duration is it might seem a bit strong but its just rng so you might get lucky or might not. Anyways, really great video ❤

    All they need to do is make the stun super do 1100dmg, and then make the heal one instantly heal him when he supers instead of having to wait like 1sec for the heal, and that's it.

      I agree with the stun buff, but Chester’s heal super is already one of the best ones so I don’t feel it needs to be touched.

      Thanks Chester’s whole play style is risk - reward, so I wanted to make his personal gear something that reflects that. But it does also have a skill barrier that good players can exploit to conserve ammo in certain situations.

    i think the mythic gear you proposed will be really bad.
    it gains no benefit to chester and will usually be bad as you usually hold onto your 3/4 bell attack and not your 1 bell attack.
    instead, i think for every 5-8 seconds (yes, randomized intervals), his bells will gain a random stat buff.
    1. bell speed^ (travels 60% faster)
    2. bell reloads .3 ammo when hit
    3. bell does poison (100 dmg per sec, 4 ticks. doesnt stack)
    4. bell slows on hit for .5 sec
    5. the golden bell (a single bell does 3840 [3 normal bells worth of damage] and the double bell does 1920, 3 bells do normal damage and 4 bells does less damage, 920)
    i was thinking that chester’s sneak peak star power also can make you see how long you have to wait for your mythic gear to enhance an attack. (a bar like coiled snake will be on chester)

      That sounds too complex for a mythic gear and more like a star power. Also the mythic gear would just change the way you play chester, as it would sometimes skip your 1 stage ball and so you wouldn’t have to throw away his first ammo and reload it. Or it could take away your 4th stage ball forcing you to have to start over. It’s supposed to be a high risk high reward mythic gear that rewards players who can keep track of the timer.

      the risk is too high and the reward is too minimal. (better bush camping or you lose an entire kill)

    Slight correction, chester actually DID have a resurgence, albeit, because of a bug, in the hypercharge update, Chester’s wood spirit skin had a bug where his slow super would always be placed no matter which super he got, alongside the super he actually got
    No, I’m not kidding, not only did he get good because of a bug, but it was through his worst super, that’s somehow both the most insane thing ever, and the most chester thing ever

      The supers are still supposed to have some RNG in how useful they are. Not all of them are supposed to be great as that eliminates the risk factor of playing a brawler like Chester, but it would help him during the situation that his ammo is low and a tank is directly on him.
