imo, you should always be buying the coins and power points level up offer (if you can afford it) because there may be a point where you level up a ton of brawlers all of the time (like me, i keep every new brawler i get up to power level 5 (and max out 1-2 brawlers per month) and run out of power points constantly. i get having an overflow, but it’s better to have an overflow than to run out.

The only thing triggering the level up offer is time. Every 25 hours there will be a new level up offer.

unlocking a legendary would take 3-4 seasons to get the credits since its only 1k in brawl pass and not often you get from star drops
in that time a lot of new brawlers will be added so i think its worth buying credit

Personally as a free to play I think saving up gems for a mythic/epic brawler which you personally like and get way later in the starr road is the way to go cuz you're not gonna see it for a long time plus if it is good you're not gonna get it for a long time and pray to god for a star drop pull. For me personally Im saving up for Chuck/Colette/Pearl(personal fav ofc its not good) (Only 2 months since I started). And Chuck is a brawler which you get pretty late but if you grind enough and get a atleast 1 pull of a hundred gems I think you can afford it and it is prolly much easier to push tier max than most other brawlers. And one thing I personally dont get it why would you spend most of your gems on skins cuz its purely cosmetic and for me I think making progression in the acc is way better than some cool skin on my fav brawlers. I mean for example Colt is one of my fav brawlers and woody colt skin is 199 gems but I would definitely not spend my gems on it until I've unlocked most of the brawlers I want and maxed them out.(Applicable only for fairy newer players cuz ofc if you're f2p for like 5 years or smth doesn't matter)

There was one credit offer that I got because it was like 120 gems for enough credits to unlock a super rare and epic brawler, as well as finish unlocking a legendary and start unlocking a mythic

Level up offers show up when you unlock a new brawler, and if you buy atleast 2 of the offers each day they will keep showing up infinitely.
After draco released and i unlocked him I got the offer, I bought both coin offers for like 5 days in a row and they kept showing up, and when i was almost out of gems I only bought the 79 gems for 3000 coins offer on the 6th day. Then, on day 7 they were gone.

So i calculated that 1 gem is aprox 5 credits
Having any better deal is def worth to buy with gems
You also could buy 29 gems skin for 19 (Nani and spike in mask) in daily section I think. And robomike, queen Pam were at 99 gems instead of 299 one time

I'd also recommend everyone to be careful as this is a digital video game with no real value.
It's all virtual nothing has real value and thus can be whatever price they decide.
To me the hypercharge skins pricing is an absolute nightmare(specially the gem conversion to my local currency).
So I think that's an important thing to consider.
