Heather Morris (Britney) is a professional dancer. I think she was a background dancer for Beyoncé before Glee. Watch Single Ladies by Kurt where she dances. She can sing a few pop like songs, but dancing is definitely her strong suit. The reason they puked is because all the kids were hungover from the night before and Rachel gave them shots to drink before the performance so they’d feel better (hair of the dog so to speak). That was a bad decision 😂

This is an extremely vague spoiler, but this episode is called "Blame It on the Alcohol" so they don't have any illness. Besides Kurt, the episode is pretty entertaining and funny. All the "actual" performances are extremely enjoyable. Just watched the Glee series a little over a year ago and this is one of the handful of episodes I have rewatched on my own (not via reaction videos).

She's a pro dancer and not a singer so that's why she doesn't get to sing much but whatever she does is top notch and what she lacks in vocals she compensates with stage presence and entertainment.
