Diesel always seems to be forgotten in this, he's on guitar 🎸 and provides background vocals. A very successful solo artist here in Australia (he is Jimmy Barnes Brother in law) Try - Come to me - Diesel (1992) official video, an amazing soul song.

This was at the ARIAs, - Australian Recording Industry Awards - so performing to their peers and other music elite etc. - there are a couple of other 'live' versions of them doing this song, all are great,

No, This one is from the ARIAs, In the Hey Hey one John is wearing a white shirt, and there is another one from Jimmy' 'SoulDeep' tour, (Jimmy's bow tie is undone and no lotto numbers) there is also a clip of Diesel Jimmy and John singing ' In the Midnight Hour' from the '
SoulDeep' tour which is also worth a look.
Diesel the guitarist is an excellent singer as well and has had many great songs released

Yes Johnny Diesel aka Mark Lizotte is a guitarist singer song writer in his own right. There’s 3 men to go down this huge rabbit hole to start with. We have a lot (and I mean A LOT) of singers here in Australia that are big here but never been heard of in America. Some reactors like yourself are pissed off now with the American music executives that have stuffed the Aussie musicians around like Jimmy Barnes’ band Cold Chisel back in the 70’s and early 80’s, before they broke up in 1983 they went over to the states to promote their music and the the music executives (don’t know who they were) wasted their time and money and said to them they can’t perform cause they wanted them to change their style of music also that same person couldn’t watch them perform cause they had a friends dog’s birthday party to go to 🤦🏻♀️. So Cold Chisel packed up and went home while on the plane Jimmy Barnes wrote a smash hit called “You’ve got Nothing I Want”.
