6’11 is actually a lot more reasonable than most people think. Most regular door frames are only a little over 6’8 tall, so thats about 3 inches off from how tall he is unless you count his boots (if his height doesn’t include them already too). When you first encounter him and he walks through the door, look at how much he’s gotta duck to get through. It only looks like 3-4 inches to me, though it’s definitely hard to tell how tall someone like that is when the difference in height is so massive you have nothing to gauge it by. Stand next to an NBA player, you’d probably think they’re taller than they are too if you’ve never seen someone super tall like that before

Hopefully he gets a Nemesis treatment and is able to chase you around no matter where you go. Imagine how insane it'd be to have X crash in a save room? That would completely throw everyone off and be such a memorable moment in RE history.
Well he’s got a cool suit redesign with a sweet fedora now so thats cool. They made him super wrinkly and old looking though instead of smooth in the remake. Kinda has an old fashion slasher look to him now

I damn near did too. My friend came by my dorm room the first time he burst through the wall. We jumped & yelled "Oh S..." at the same time as I'm just trying to get the hell out of there. Needless to say the relief I felt after getting out there was short lived as he came crashing through another wall with another lout "Oh S..." Good times...
After you escape and he bursts through again. The anxiety peaked all over again, because you were used to monsters being isolated in one area and this thing was relentless.

Tyrants are likely terminators so if a zombie get in a way of a tyrant it will either ignore them or crushed them for getting in there way.

I think that because the tyrant is controlled by a parasite the zombies dont care about them. The lickers in degeneration had to be told/ordered to attack the tyrant so leon and whats his chops could escape where previously they didn't care that the tyrant was there.
xboxjunkie1931 All T-virus infected creatures were driven by the virus itself to seek and infect healthy animals as much as possible, much like some parasites controls the brain of the host to seek out the ideal gestation spot. But only Nemesis variant of the Tyrant line were actually infected with a parasite. Short answer is they will attack each other if no uninfected creatures nearby, as seen when zombie dogs feasting on zombies.

The T-103/Mr. X tyrant was an extremely compelling and terrifying enemy, I can still remember the first time I played RE2 back in the late 90s and first unlocked the 2nd scenario mode and had to deal with him. Most people tend to forget just how terrifying it was because they exaggerated the concept so much in RE3 with Nemesis, but given that you didn't have enemies dogging you and bursting through walls in the original Resident Evil (though the Hunters were pretty terrifying), the recurring encounters with Mr. X in RE2 really mess with your head, even more so than G-Virus monster in the 2nd scenario.
I tend to go back and forth between Birkin and Mr. X as far as which is the better villain, but both of them together made RE2 the best in the franchise, along with the highly impressive cast of heroes and ancillary characters.

Is the Ustanak from Resident evil 6 a tyrant?
it could be classified as a sub variant of the tyrant series as how the hunters has many variants on its own . the creature of RE fascinates me in a way that it makes me think of a possibillity of the existence of such creatures like the tyrants and the hunters . should note there are some 'real-life zombie virus thing' like the cordyceps which apparently, is a fungus based organism .
nope, because ustanak was a human who volunteer injected himself the virus and became such a monster but his all human senses remained the same, Tyrants are the creations by umbrella who are controlled and used as weapons in battle

i think they nailed the re2 remake tyrant. to me the creepiest thing about him is that he shows absolutely no expression whatsoever, which reinforces the uncomfortable uncanny valley thing of him looking human, but being so obviously not. i mean when hes chasing you, or being shot in the face or (spoiler alert) being disembowelled, his face never changes, and thats just disconcerting to me
There is one creature that stumped me in Resident Evil Outbreak, it was dropped in a metal crate in the city and it collected body's including a Tyrant, I think its a G-Virus variant but I'm not sure.

its actually not a G variant creature although its true purpose were quite ambigous as the nature of the B.O.W is somewhat very weird may i say as it seems to be used as a fusion type of B.O.W as we see in RE Outbreak and i have a theory that the Nyx project might have the purpose of being sent to the European branch of Umbrella for having it tested out fusing with other B.O.Ws and coming out as a parasitic base for fusion between B.O.Ws and i find it very interesting as the Nyx project seems to absorb and sustain or even combining or assimilate its structural genes so that it functions somewhat similar to the Uroboros Aheri or Mkono and i believe the Uroboros inspiration came from that as well as how we see it showing similar genetic purposes

Just play RE:Survivor for Ps1. The Mr.X Type.00 was cloned and mass produced on Sheena Island before they were airlifted to other parts of the world e.g. Raccoon City for various tasks.
I remember the first time i played RE2 and he busted through the roof. You didn't see him at first you just heard heavy footsteps until he turned that corner. Nearly shit myself.

i like this model of Tyrant over most because it looks so unique compared to something like Nemesis,at first glance it looks to be a really giant human,but closer inspection its a hulking weaponized menace and brutish strength is demonstrated quite often.
I think the T series were like 7-8 feet/ 2 meters+ tall. Seeing how it can easily stand a shoulder taller than large guys like Nicholai and Beltway from ORC.

The story of resident evil and is so convoluted. A few times i youtube lore/history/story if RE only to rage quit the videos. The games are still fun to play despite the story only being partly understood

Made sense. It's brother, Ne-T, was the Nemesis that Jill fought in RE3. However, the Mr. T in RE Survivor did fell, and rose up again and again, like in RE2, but it's more aggresive, and resilient. Almost like Nemesis himself. Like seriously, one of the road that Ark Thompson had to take, would lead the player to the rocky mountain era, where he had to fight Mr. T over and over and over again. I still remember the first time I played it I was like "man, didn't I just kill him 5 hot seconds ago!? What the hell... Game glitches!?" 😂😂😂

I just thought of something & maybe someone else that's deeper into the RE lore can explain. How did Umbrella know to send Tyrant into the RPD to begin with? It can't that he's looking for Jill as ol Nemmy is doing that while she's in her comatose state after being infected. It's not as if they knew Clair & Leon were running around figuring out what's going on or even in the city for that matter.
