    like many others, the more I use Affinity Photo and their Affinity Suite the more I love them. I really do believe the Ps is heading for a major crash in terms of users. Many thanks for all your tutorials, always learn something

    Do you have a course that includes information like you mentioned that filters always come in as child layers? I never see important details like that in classes on Affinity. Thanks so much.

    • @AffinityRevolution

      I try to share little tips like that whenever possible, but I don't have any videos or courses that focus on tips like that.

    Hi. Why does the Mask layer appear at the top of the Layers Panel when it never did before? Can you explain how we are to use it now, please?

    • @AffinityRevolution

      You can change that sort of behavior from the Assistant, which is the icon that looks like a butler at the top of Affinity.

    The best way to enhance your eyes is to eat your veggies.

      That's what my mom told me as a child, but even after so many veggies, I still have to wear contacts! 😛

    Do you ever use the ctrl+alt+left click to adjust the size or hardness of your brushes? I find it pretty handy. But, I also find it a bit touchy, and sometimes it jumps to a huge brush when I'm trying to go small.

    • @AffinityRevolution
      @AffinityRevolution  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Personally, I just use the bracket keys to change my brush size. That's easier for me, but I'm glad that shortcut works for you! 😊

    Hi I do enjoy your videos although I do struggle to take it all in. in the 10-steps course you removed a lot of the controls but didn't say how to put them back if they should be needed. thanks

    I think I'm starting to understand where to Invert layers vs. using a mask, a technique you have recommended in other videos. Not sure if I would know how to decide on my own, without your video to guide me. I guess I could use a mask for the irises and move the brightness of the rims on top of the layer stack, above the "iris mask". I'll try. Thanks anyway!!
