That's insane. So many skilled artists opt for pop culture characters just for views, it is awesome that you are actually making things you are passionate about.
Thank you! Yeah, I'm super passionate about this stuff, which helps when stuff gets challenging with a build. Really glad that you are enjoying my vids!
Dante’s Divine Comedy is popular culture. It was and still is Biblical fan fiction. It’s a 14th century version of Hellraiser that was so good we still read it and even made an anime about it. If you want really freaky stuff that makes the MCU and DCU look tame, check out the Old Testament.
Among the many iconic moments in Inferno, the lowest circle was one that stood out to me. The description of the devil is so cool, and the fact that instead of hellfire we see a frozen lake, full of half frozen sinners, is so unique to me. Even if the video game changed a lot about the character of Dante, they paid attention to how he described each circle, from Cerberus being a wormlike beast to Lucifer being imprisoned in the ice.
It is interesting how the color of the three faces, black, white and red, are also the three colors of the alchemical phases, Nigredo, Albedo and Rubedo. Surely this has some kind of connection, showing the Devil as the corrupted version of the perfect being.
The amount of work that goes into these videos is daunting: the research, the materials, the build, the shooting & editing. Very well done! Thank you for your excellent content.
i’ve never come across your channel before, your voice and storytelling skills are wonderful!! along with your artwork of course, never seen anything quite like you before my friend
About the Centrum Mundi, the outermost ring of the universe is the realm of God, which also explains the ice: Dante describes the rings of Hell as getting progressively colder, as the centre of the Earth is the furthest possible point removed from God, and thus from His love and warmth
Extraordinary. I grew up with a paperback copy of the Dorè illustrations. The Italians did an incredible job of inventing the hell that has lived on in the Christian collective.
Agreed, but Dante‘s journey into the afterlife has only just begun, and after in Inferno,we actually get to go to purgatory, but for some reason purgatory and Paradiso are the lesser known or less popular works of the divine comedy,🎭It seems to have been overshadowed by the more popular of the stories of Dante‘s Inferno.
Hands down the most amazing sculpting video I’ve ever seen. So many of my favorite artists have turned to doing sponsored work and unboxing videos. This is so refreshing! Love the literature lessons!!!❤❤❤
This is just phenomenal. Not just the craftsmanship, which I just find awe-inspiring with the sheer breadth of techniques used, but also the narration and the build-up. Your videos are an experience.
dude that introduction was insane, i was already hooked when I saw your video on my homepage, you did not need to go that hard, far out. everything 10/10, the music, the visuals, what you were saying and how, dude you killed it - and that goes for the rest of the video and your sculpture in general. your on another level seriously, it is so amazing to watch your videos. just all the work you put into it, the research and level of detail, the passion you have for this stuff is so amazing and it shows through
I really appreciate that, thank you! Yeah, I put a lot into these, because I love the source material. Great to know that you enjoyed it. More to come! 🫀

He turned out amazing! The editing you did is brilliant, all those sound effects really help bring it to life. You are beyond talented in many fields. It's hard to believe this is only your 6th video.
that final reveal with the reading gave me CHILLS, absolutely incredible work! the tears and the twisted expressions take it to the next level for me 💘

Holy hell mate, I absolutely love your creations and the way you incorporate the histories between the sculpting process. It's good to see you evolving and investing more and more into your channel and creations! 👏
By far one of my favorite channels. I was so inspired by the alchemy dragon when I first saw the video that I decided to do a drawing of one myself. There's just something about the process and how you treat the different stories behind them that itches the brain just right.
This was amazing. I FELT this story and this video. The fear and the gruesome nature of the images and plot. From the music, to the camera shots, everything was insanely good! Your skill is incredible!

But Zenozoik has a world that can hardly be compared to anything we know, and the inspirations reach further-- from prehistoric animals such as Deinotheriums and Entelodonts, to great glass bridges and robots that appear like somebody used Greek statues as children's mechanical toys. Greatly recommend looking into it. But for now: Thank you again for your efforts and this video, and i wish you a lot of good for the new year. With joy, wisdom, wonder, strength and fortune wherever you can find, make, receive and share it.
This is PHENOMENAL! Certainly your best video and best piece yet. Now I'm no Catholic myself, so this isn't straight from the source, but as I recall, La Divina Commedia was really a big old political "take that!" against various figures that Alighieri didn't like in the wake of his exile. It really wasn't intended as religious scripture, hence why he borrowed most of it from Greek myth rather than Abrahamic traditions. It's basically a medieval version of those lame political cartoons. But with way more effort.

Hi !! Hope you’ve been doing well.. So glad to see a new video..I had been thinking about you just recently too… I’ll enjoy this one with my morning coffee for sure.. I’ve personally kinda dropped out of the internet for about 6 months.. my father had a massive brain bleed and stroke, and it was a long few months of absolute chaos of two hour drives and care stuff.. in the beginning of the travel back and forth, someone stole my card number, so I’d had to shut down the one and wait for a new one.. so.. all my auto payments were shut down 🙄🤦♀️ Including YT and Patreon, nevermind utilities 🤯🤦♀️ Aaand I’m just now getting back to having the time and opportunity to start fixing life things and checking in on the things that were of interest to me before.. So happy to see that you’re making content and how well your channel has grown!! I’ll get back to Patreon soon too, check up on you there.. I'm so sorry to hear this Ruth, that sounds like such a challenging time. I'm so glad to hear that your dad has made a strong recovery, and it absolutely lights up my heart to know he'll be getting that t-shirt! I am so grateful to you for your support, thank you so much. I’ve always loved esoteric art that looks like it’s been ripped from the pages of a necronomicon. Add 3D sculpturing and a brief history lesson and you’ve got yourself a kickass TH-cam series. One of the best out there at the minute man, keep up the good work 🫡

I know, it's been ages! Really sorry, this video was a massive time sink! Thanks for watching. 🙏🏻🫀

Thank you so much! Really appreciate that comment. 🙏🏻🫀
Barry!! I was just talking about you the other day and was hoping for a new video soon and I'm so happy to see this pop up for me! This is another amazing sculpture! Have a great Christmas and new year 😊❤
Happy to see another video from you! Big fan of your work
The first seconds were very convincing for me to watch it.

3:49 - That's just mean, man lol
I'm so happy you posted a new sculptur !! Thanks
Welcome back Mister Wicked. Good to see you sculpting again.
i've found it, i've found the most underrated channel on youtube
Thank you so much 🙏🏻🫀
Oh THIS is the content I’ve been looking for. The upside down Dante and Virgil are everything.
I was JUST thinking about this channel last night! I manifested an upload!
I’ve always loved esoteric art that looks like it’s been ripped from the pages of a necronomicon. Add 3D sculpturing and a brief history lesson and you’ve got yourself a kickass TH-cam series. One of the best out there at the minute man, keep up the good work 🫡
What a lovely comment, thanks so much! 🫀
Fantastic! Never knew that Dante's inferno story either so that was great.
