AVHzY CT3 SM-LD-00 Installation guide

My sm-ld-00 came with an extra thermistor to plug in by JST. It's not in the video. What is it for please ? ambiant or should I stick it to the radiator ? Thanks

it does say that power supply is needed at PC micro USB port in order to operate correctly.
How many volt and amps? What exactly is needed for? To power FAN?
ALL these info are not present in the MANUAL!!!
