This is, without a doubt, my favorite Bible that I own. I bought it for preaching & teaching at church but I’ve started to use it a lot outside of that as well and I’ve fallen in love with it. I’ve owned it about 2 years now and it’s wearing very well and already seeing the love on it lol
Hi Frisch, I have only found you on the internet for about a week and I’m going through all your videos, they are so informative! Thank you for making them! I want to ask you if you would like to make a video to talk about the difference and functions of the various types of Bible, like preaching bible, study bible, reference bible, illustrated scripture journal...I can go on but it seems endless. I only started reading Bible like a month ago and I was checking out the CSB Bible but I’m so overwhelmed by all the different editions, I just want a simple bible Bible you know...
I'm a two column, center reference, large print, RED LETTER fan. Even at $80 I would feel as though I had thrown my money away because it would be the last Bible on my shelf that I would reach for. I'm waiting for a publisher to realize that there is a market for the Bible I have been looking for. As for the stuck pages, I sort of got used to spending a day separating the pages of the large print Bibles I have been buying lately to replace the small print Bibles I used to be able to read! Since cost is a huge factor for me though, I expect that it's a task that once accomplished reaps great rewards! :). PS. Enjoyed your interview with Beau.
I totally agree with your assessment and thats why I chose this Bible as my new note taking Bible ...it's good quality and I won't be too upset if I make mistakes...mine showed up in great (not pristine) quality and had those sticky pages...eventually I will buy the new ESV Schuyler WM which looks glorious!
Very nice and informative review! Thank you for this. The Bible seems so chunky and yeah, you're right, I don't think it would be something for holding like what Dr. Charles Stanley usually does with his Bible.
Ohhhh those ribbons are nice they're laying down... the other ribbons many reviewers including myself are the spidey looking ones. Were they just pop out of the Bible and look really weird. Not to mention your paying $100 - $200 for the Bible even if they're thin ribbons they should be way betbetter quality. I own many cheaper Bibles that are under $60 and there ribbons are beautiful. They don't have to be Allan quality ribbons at all just look a bit nicer for the price. Ps. I fully agree with you about the use of this Bible. Everyone who really writing notes in their Bible could really benefit from this one. It's totally been on my list and I forgot all about until I seen your video. Great video as always 📚💕📖✍
Thank you, Cat! If I could handwrite like you, I would have given a demonstration in this Bible, but I don't typically write in Bibles. I wish I had good handwriting!
@@AFrischPerspective oh I have horrible handwriting it was so embarrassing when someone would ask to see a flip through of my Bible and seeing how poorly my handwriting was. Sharing my Bibles made me really relearn how to write again. And and a lot of practice. Like my ESV Journey where I am writing down the whole Bible. If it wasn't for that Bible I believe I would still be struggling till this day. But...but God knew what I needed and He made sure to set my feet/hands on the right path. I am forever grateful to Him. Now every time I write I do in honored and glory to Him. If you ever want any tips let me know I will help however I can. If not I share everything I've learned in my Playlist. Really for the past few years. I really enjoy looking back and seeing how much I have grown. ✍📖💕

Hey, me too! I just recently got a Holman NKJV Personal Size Large Print and the text is bold and crisp, not to mention it's line matched. And although I only got the cheap leathertouch, it has now become one of my favorites!
Student Bible sounds great--someone call the marketing department, quick! Doesn't have to mean going-to-class student. We all want to be students of the Word, right?

It’s kind of like a scaled-down contemporary version of a lectern Bible.
