I went on a solo photography adventure to North Ubud, Bali. I spent over a week exploring by myself and as a solo female photographer, it wasn't easy to shoot, record and even take self-portrait photography. 😅 BUT, I enjoyed every second of it! I managed to take the most incredible photos in the best locations in Ubud! In this video, I take you with me in my life as a photographer and I show you some of the most breathtaking landscapes! I spent some time in Bali 50 years ago. It was fantastic. I still work on some of the Kodachrome slides I took. I didn’t feel comfortable with monkeys in forest around Ubud. Great video and images. Enjoy Bali.

There are so many to choose from, but my favorites are the rice tier images (photo and video!), and I couldn’t get over how well the audio suited the content (yes, I even noticed you used J-cuts and L- cuts…who do I think I am? 🙃). This is top-notch work.

Me encanta to canal. Eres una brava. Me encantaron las fotos en la piscina en el primer lugar cuando estaba lloviendo, y también en la cascada. Había visto la Insta360 en otro canal pero se me había olvidado. Es increíble como la tecnología sigue cambiando y avanzando. Lo que no entendí fue como estabas tomando el video con la Insta cuando estabas manejando la moto porque ambas manos estaban en el manubrio para manejar la moto.

It's very hard because I have to shoot with timer anyway to have time to put my phone in my pocket. 😂 But with practise and a few shots, I manage to get some decent ones. 😊

I am happy for you . I live in nature in the mountains . We have a lot of waterfalls and deep lakes as well as wolves and bobcats .I do my best to share with the world as well . Long format is very good as you have a big audience . I only have a small so I stay for the time being on short videos .

It is very difficult for me Laura to understand the psychology of YT... I support a lot of Ytubers and never ever anyone of them put a message on my channel ... That is the reason why I try now not to get too much involved in it .... That also explains my short videos only .

For vlogging, I recommend you to have a normal camera. They have more quality in low-light situations. The Insta360 is a small sensor camera so it limits you a bit more. I would have a normal vlogging camera and then the Insta360 to capture creative shots like the ones you saw in the video and to record yourself. The selfie stick is deleted by itself in the app, there is no need to do anything, and it instantly disappear! 😍

Question: do you prefer camera clips or camera straps? I noticed that you used a clip on your backpack while walking through the rice fields. I dislike that the camera will swing while I'm walking but the camera remains securely attached to me and is unlikely to fall to the ground.
It depends. I always used a camera strap and I crossed it through my body to be more comfortable. But lately I enjoy the clip. It bothers me less when carrying a backpack. But I sometimes use the strap too. 😄
Bali is good but I hate that bali you cannot wait anywhere and other stuff I don’t trust myself with those moto bike 😢but planing to start my digital nomad journal and your video help a lot
