Great video , I’m doing well in starting up my agency but there’s just one problem I can’t get my head around and that’s how to I connect a mail chimp account to a clients store and after doing so will I be able to make post purchase / abandoned checkout emails or will that require further set up , any help would be much appreciated 👍

The website has just been launched and they have a company already doing the SMM and tiktok ads etc... at the bottom of their site they have a place to sign up for the newsletter but nothing seems to get sent out. I'm thinking about starting an Email Marketing agency, seeing as I have a potential client already. I'm a fast learner and am confident I can provide at least a basic email marketing campaign to begin with. My question to you, is if you were in my position and had to start from square 1, what steps would you take? Or more specifically, what would you sales pitch maybe look like? Or... is there another service that I could provide them entirely that they may need more? Thanks

The need to already have a E-Mail List and have traffic on their Website otherwise you will see no results and your friend also not. I recommend working with clients that: Have a E-Mail List but it doesn’t convert So you help with the CTR and the Copy of the email list. Also to see results there must be Traffic on the Website otherwise even 80% CTR doesn’t bring Results. Clients must have traffic on their Website and have a E-mail list that exists but doesn’t convert. If those 2 Things are given you will see results and can take him as a Testimonial on your Landing Page good Luck ❤.
I wonder if it would work in the electronics industry. I do ads for shops with alarms/security cameras etc and I want to try another service but it seems to me that email marketing is not suitable for this industry. What do you think?

Sell them on management! There are so many more things that go into it. YOU are the professional - tell them which subject lines are good, how to build their list more efficiently and optimize their landing page. 9/10 times they don't have time to do it themselves, so giving the work to you lets them focus on what matters.

You need to discuss with the business what sort of offers/discounts they would be willing to give out for new list subscribers
