I know it might be a hassle but id love to see the whole process of leaving the dock/returning as well as the unhook of the boats and your process of getting underway and getting off shore, regardless though that was a great video cant wait to see more!
You're fortunate to have the knowledge it takes to figure out things as they come along. Did you grow up having boats around you, and that's why you're able to take care of things for yourself.
Looked like you fellas were having fun. Does your boat have air conditioning when you're tied up at the marina? What other places do you think you'll be visiting in the future?

Thanks for watching! Aluminum is typically what newer tanks are made of. Obviously check the condition but on the whole, aluminum is gonna be better than the original steel used for a lot of older trawlers

No a/c :( and future plans include the Channel Islands and maybe Mexico eventually!

Thanks! Insurance depends lots on boating experience/licensing but I pay about $1300/yr. More on that in the cost breakdown video!
