As a professional dog walker those leads have done wonders for my clients! We walk reactive/nervous dogs who don’t like being near other dogs. Other owners see the ‘no dogs’ and will put their dog back on the lead whilst we pass saving both dogs a lot of stress. We use the ‘friendly’ leads on the dog breeds people tend to have negative associations with e.g. Staffies, Rotties etc. to let other owners know these dogs love playing and attention.

Similar traffic lights are actually used in Hamburg, Germany quite often. They use a timer which shows the seconds remaining with numbers instead of the extra circle, but it still pretty cool

Those dog leashes are actually very useful. Some dogs are not good with other dogs and there is a thing where people tie yellow ribbons on their leases, but not everyone knows what that means. A red leash with "caution" on it, should be easily spotted though

In Norway we have a countdown on the lights. So its 30 sec on green, and then count down, and switch to red for 1-2 min

For the parking lot one, almost every parking lot has those in Singapore, I just thought everywhere had those until now.
