@@devikasharma4507 No. MSF is the provision by which RBI provides loan to commercial banks for 1 Day. In case of urgency Banks can seek RBI to provide loans to these banks in place of their SLR securities. Means these banks keep their SLR securities as collateral to RBI.
While Bank Rate is rate at which RBI provides loan to commercial banks for more than 14 days.
MSF Rate is always higher than Repo Rate and Bank Rate
MSF Period- 1 Day
Repo Rate- 2- 14 Days
Sir ab saal me 6 bar monetary policy committee ki baithak hoti hai. Jise bilateral monetary policy kahte hain. Urjit R Patel k recommendation se ye 2017 se suru hua hai.

अगर bank को civil record का अधिकार दिया है तो , साधारण आदमी को भी अधिकार होणं चाहिये कि वो भी अनुभव के हिसाब से bank कि rating दे और ऊस हिसाब से हि bank लोन कि ब्याज लागा पाये ( जिस बँक का सिव्हिल जितनि खराब वो बॅंक उताणा काम व्याज लगा पाये )
ताकी निजी फायनान्स कंपनी यो से लोगो कि होणे वाली लूट पर कूच प्रमाण पर अंकुश लगे ओर साधारण आदमी कि ( किसानों कि ) लूट ना हो पाये . मजदुरो कि लूट ना हो पाये..
