We are thinking of going on Sky Princess this summer. What is your recommendation on how to get from Heathrow to Southampton, and what is your recommendation for internet (wifi on princess, or European sim card)?
We used a company called International Friends, which took us from London to Southampton via Stonehenge for about $120 US a few years ago. We were staying in London for a few days before the cruise. They picked us up at our hotel. We took the train from Heathrow to our hotel in London. Otherwise, we would just use the Princess transfer. We always purchase the ship’s Wi-Fi because we go live from the ship every day. We are elite on Princess, so the Wi-Fi is half price. If you buy one of the packages, it’s included.
