- I decided to branch out from Thomas content and take a look at something from my other favorite franchise, Toy Story! Today, I'm taking a look at the Toy Story Signature Collection Woody!
Ever since 2009-2010, I've been yearning for a genuine, accurate Woody doll that resembled the character from the films I loved! This summer, I caved in and finally got one, and I have to say, this is one of the best purchases I've ever made! It just brings me back to my childhood when I would constantly watch these movies.
This video is made for both kids and adults. Kids can enjoy seeing their favorite characters on screen and memorable stories being remade or personal stories being told, and teens/adults can enjoy the production value/scale of the video.
Can someone see that the woody he reviewed is the real one he is not a knock off
I got that probably the day after I saw Toy story four nostalgia movie it’s crazy there in two years it’s going to be five years old

Finaly, finaly someone who appreciates the Signature Collection Woody doll. I saved a bunch of money to buy me one in 2020, because here in Germany they were about 80€. I love this doll, and I think they should have written doll on his packaging because Woody is a ragdoll and not a figure or action figure. Great review by the way!!!!

Woody was my favorite character in Toy story when I was growing up when I was a kid I was just like Andy falling in love with him. I was a big fan of him when I was a kid. He was one of Andy’s favorite toys and he was my favorite too, I would do the same thing that Andy would do right his name. I even wrote his name on the bottom of the boot like Andy would do.
I remember years ago i got that exact Woody doll for my 10th birthday. Miss him

mine broke yesterday after 10 years & im devastated :( i pulled his string one more time b4 i left 4 work & it got stuck :( he still worked monday night. a couple months ago when i pulled it he started 2 not say his phrases like hes supposed 2 & just said i was being loud. i guess it was just wear & tear. i was really bummed yesterday. when i got him 10 years ago at toys r us i promised him id always love him & take care of him no matter how old i was like andy did & like bonnie shouldve. im looking 4 another one on ebay right now. i really hope i can still get him
I'm sorry to hear that. Take my advice though; if it's not physically damaged, DO NOT BUY A NEW ONE. They are so expensive nowadays. If I were you, I'd try and repair him myself before spending $400+ on a new one and finding out that I could've fixed the old one the whole time
@@Turbo711 he is physically damaged. his string wont go back in. i tried putting it back but it wont. im trying really hard 2 put it behind me but its hard 2. hes my favorite like andy. when i got him 10 years ago i promised him id always love him & take care of him no matter how old i am like he did & like bonnie shouldve. i asked my mom if she thought i took good care of him & she said i did. he & i went everywhere 2gether like he did with andy. im glad toys r us opened back up in macys but i really hope they open their real stores back up like they were gonna b4 covid. i still love it & toys. i was bummed when i heard thinkway shut down too so idk if i can get another one :(
If it’s just a broken string, it’s a lot easier to repair than you might think. I’ve fixed several Woody dolls with missing or pulled out strings. With the signature collection doll it might be a bit difficult to get to the box, but once you open it up all you really need to do is wrap a new string around the spool (while also making sure spring on the right and metal contact on the left are still intact) I wish there where more videos on it so I could give you a visual reference. Anyway, I’m not going to tell you what to do but I would recommend looking into fixing it before buying a new doll, especially if it means a lot to you.
@@LeightonFitch i had 2 buy another one from ebay 4 $200. his voice is too deep & doesnt sound like my old one. im disappointed. why the hell did thinkway have 2 shut down?

Minute 8:20 when you have doubts about authenticity of the Woody then you seem to look under the box, what exactly you do there? then you say you're sure it's authentic.
