Life was way simpler when this song came out...my dad was still alive, I was I just turned 21, I was ok working a dead end job, was single and not worried about a relationship, didn't have to worry about getting sick, most importantly my dad was still alive and I could talk to him, and my friends weren't too busy to talk. In some ways my life has changed for the better, in other it leaves me longing for the times of the past...everyone enjoy the present! Don't ever take a second for granted. Life was way simpler when this song came out...my dad was still alive, I was I just turned 21, I was ok working a dead end job, was single and not worried about a relationship, didn't have to worry about getting sick, most importantly my dad was still alive and I could talk to him, and my friends weren't too busy to talk. In some ways my life has changed for the better, in other it leaves me longing for the times of the past...everyone enjoy the present! Don't ever take a second for granted. Also don't stop wanting someone to want you.
