Then you pick it up yourself into your bucket by using your bare hands..haha...if you dare to speak like that to my boss you'll end up beaten by my chinese boss..i'm an operator too and sometimes I accidentaly drop the rocks into the truck..because of my overfilled bucket and there's no problem with that since I worked.I rather overfilled my bucket than making it moderate,as it's worth it along your fuel consumption.Fuel consumption also matters while youre excavating and loading.If you come across a stingy supervisor or boss,he'll owned you and keep looking at you like no other workers..Greetings from Malaysia.

Top operators who spend 12 hours (& more) in these machines, are 'easy' on the sticks, almost caress them, easier on the machine, easier on the operator, same result, less wear and tear for efficient operation, does really make a difference to the bottom line (£/$/€) when the mining/quarry companies make all the machines autonomous, because downtime and maintenance costs too much, all the poor operators will be complaining, treat the kit like it's your own, keep us working
Remember there is a computer thats actually controlling the machine... hard or easy same thing

I run cat excavators for a living. The first thing I saw was the red light flashing on the monitor. No surprise there is a warning going off with the way he runs that. Lol
No doubt, almost rookie status, I load logs for living, used to run a feller buncher, he definitely ain't smooth on the hydraulics
I don't even operate excavators although I'm wanting too but I can already tell he is not a good operator and that's embarrassing. No fluent movements with the joysticks and all that weight of the rock getting dropped to high into the truck bed oh no....

first one here I have seen that doesn't try to bury the truck while loading , but rough on equipment. he needs to watch letsdig18 and learn what smooth is
lets dig pays for his own things. letsdig doesnt get paid by the load. this is a mine. LOADS is all that matter. they have to move metric tons an hour. nobody has time to be fancy. get it done. repeat. dig etc can sit there and finesse shit for 8 hours toying with a pond..... he gets paid by the job.

I’m not even an operator and I know that’s not how you run an excavator😂I ran haul truck for a while, so I guess semi-operator and the operator moved the joysticks so delicately. Hell, he talked on the phone moving one joystick with his elbow😂
