- John Spriggs has heard it a million times: “You’re a pro skier, must be nice.” What people don’t understand is the work, risk, pain, and reward that comes with dedicating one’s life to backcountry skiing. Come on a journey with Spriggs, McRae Williams, Taylor Seaton, Ben Moxham, Wiley Miller and more as they make their way through winter in the Rockies and show not only breathtaking action, but the other, darker sides of being a professional skier.

This one was a slap in the face kinda. I see some of these guys are not perfect like we normally see in TGR videos by showing several of them eat snow which we normally don't get to see and then we get the reality that some are not immortal.

It really "must be nice" to live the life thousands of kids would love to live, to travel the world while being paid to create content and promote products, to ski places others only dream of. Please spare the sob story of the challenges that come with professional skiing and the need to create content that people will watch.
